Natalia Malinina realestate attorney Esther Mildner,First Nationwide Title,agency ,LLC,Christopher Donnellly,vice pr I sold 2 units on JUly 30,2013 in the city,on the closing day my power of attorney and the title representative were making conference call with OCWEN to confirm pay off quiotes.,besides that we were having already letter with payoff from them.The cashier checks were sending over night via Fedex and the title was cleared.After 22 days in August 22,2013 I received returned check and the letter that it was no sufficient funds,!!!!!to payoff the payoff amount.The representative Esther Brock form Ocwen,telling that I dont want to negotiate and was sending me another check,that I received on sept.9, West Palm Beach Florida

JUly 30,2013 was I sold 2 units in the city,New York and my power of attorney and the vice president of the title company was on the closing,speaking on conference call with Ocwen representative,myself and the title person to confirm pay offs amount,that we previously receive from Ocwen.Everything was confirmed,the cashier checks were sending overnight to Ocwen via fedex,the titles were cleared for both apartment.But fromAugust 10, I starting receive weird phone calls from Ocwen ,that my mortgages are not closed and I have amount to pay for both apartment.!!!!!I hanged up on them,because I thought I have nothing to do with that.After 2 weeks on Aigust 3, I received a letter with returning cashier check and explanation that it was unsuffiecient funds!!!!!!!I called representative Esther Brock from Ocwen,West Palm Beach,service.She told that I didnt want negotiate with her ,so she sent me the check back,meanwhile the title person was telling that the title is cleared!He send the proof that our checks arrived next day and he was providing with tracking number and pay offs letters,so They are stating "researching" my pay off,meanwhile she said that the second check will be arrived anytime. On September 9, 2013 another returned check arrived and it was the same letter that its unsufficient funds,but nobody never mentioned what exact amount we have to pay for them!!!!!I sent to the title person Christopher Donnelly those checks and he is trying to speak,to communicate with Esther Brock and with the present of Ocwen ,LLC,but unfortunately nobody returning the calls for us!
Its bisarre situation,that instead of appologise and accepting their mistakes and unprofessionalism we are sitting and guessing whats happened next and Ocwen is threating me with foreclosure letters about the property that its no longer in my possesion.What is ithat?Who can help me to resolve this ridiculous situation,I am tired to speak with people who is on the another end of the world having no idea whats going on!
Please give me advise and maybe be aware dont deal with Ocwen!
