Chery you allowed Crystal Layne around your clients children while she was on drugs.  Cheryl You wre made aware of this.  Cheryl Matchett...YOU FRAUDULENTLY  Stole my social security numbers and used them...(Which I might add if you look back you do not deny)  That is a felony.  Cheryl Matchett you are a felon.  But with your history of fraudulent crimes it only makes sence.  I heard Jennifer Kesse Family cried when they found out you were attempting to profit on the loss of their daughter, pathetic creep you are.  

I have not been charged with any crime in seven years.  Not even a point on my license.  The police listened to you and Crystal right up until they saw video proving you are full it.  Cheryl Matchett you were aware that Nathan Simmons was beating and abusing a child and you did nothing.  Question...?  Were you getting high with them?  Is Nathan Simmons not only Crystals Drug Dealer but yours as well?  I understand you and Crystal are now "Helping Elderly People"?  So you and Crystal are stealing drugs direct now huh?  Is that how it works?  

Cheryl Matchett Crystal Layne was proven to be guilty by DCF of Failure to protect a child and no the state attorneys can not do anything because people like you lie to them to save your own ass.  Cheryl Matchett I know deep down everything you did to contribute to a Child being severley abused in the hands of your employee.  I can prove that you fraudulently stole my Social, I can promise that you will not get away with it.  I can promise that the "LAW"  will deal with you.  As far as I can see people like you deserve the death penalty.  CHERYL MATCHETT WILLINGLY ENDANGERS CHILDREN.

Crystal was convicted of Neglect of a Child?  I don't see anywhere online where that is the case.  If she were determined to have neglected or fail to protect her child, she would have been arrested, tried and convicted for it.

Cheryl (and stop calling me Cheryl) did not provide anything to those people. All she did was help a young single mother.  She did not know anything that was going on with Nathan Simmons.

Nathan Simmons has criminal convictions and open cases for various things where his conduct should be questionable (just as you do) and should raise red flags with DCF, and I hope DCF is investigating him and his relationship with Crystal.

Cheryl loaned Crystal her car, that fell into the hands of Nathan Simmons who should not have been driving any car.  Crystal exercised poor judgment in that case, after which time Cheryl immediately retrieved her car.

Cheryl has washed her hands of this, because Crystal has retained an attorney.  Cheryl understood only ONE thing and that is that she was helping a young single mother with a baby who needed a job and needed to get away from her abusive ex who is the father of her child; and she had some setbacks related to her driving record all of which were resolved that were acknowledged.

Also, Cheryl has NEVER sent babysitters to YOUR home for childcare.  You said she sent Crystal and Tina Layne to your home which is a lie.

How can ANYBODY take you seriously when you LIE so horribly posting facilities on the internet get your posts removed and banned from certain communities.  This is a vulture site.

The answer is to file TRUTHFUL complaints with DCF, that can be investigated instead of lying thorough your teeth and making false reports and having innocent people being felony stopped for child abduction allegations that prove to be false.  It is beyond me why you haven't been arrested for that.  I guess the police realize you are mentally ill.

When you burn a child with a cigarette 7 times and the legal system does nothing. The world still has a right to now how dangerous you are Ms. Cheryl Matchett.  Nathan Simmons tried to kill my daughter.  Nathan Simmons admitted this to me.  He admitted this to Crystal, Who in turn admitted it to you and OPD and DCF and not a single one of you did anything to protect an innocent child from this sick sociopath.  Cheryl Matchett, You, Crystal Layne and Nathan Glenn Simmons are responsible for the abuse to her.  I directly blame you, Nathan Simmons and Crystal Layne for the scars, both physical and emotional that my daughter will bare for the rest of her life.  Nathan Simmons has openly stated that he is proud that he can hurt the baby and get away with it.  He referred to the Presiding Judge as "His Bitch".  You Cheryl Matchett Subsidized this behavior, both in loning you vehicle to a known drug dealer.  To recognizing the abuse of a child and doing nothing.  Nathan Simmons is a dangerous Man.  In the time Crystal Layne an employee of Cheryl Matchett lived with Mr.Simmons he was arrested for having cocaine, a crack pipe,marijuana,domestic violence(Beating Crystal),Child Abuse,Also several other drug charges.   Nathan Glenn Simmons is a known criminal,  Cheryl Matchett will stand behind a child abuser.  Crystal Layne was shown by DCF to have failed to protect her daughter from Nathan Simmons yet Nathan Simmons still walks around Baldwin Park a free man.   I can not speak for the world but I was raised to believe that children should not be hurt.  They should be taught.  Children need some on who understands the balance of Student/Teacher and Parent/Child.  Children need stability and structure.  Not people who move in and out of homeless shelters.  Not a mother whose entire family has disowned because she is a violent drug addict.  Not crazy old woman who try to run people carrying children over then threaten them with guns.  Nathan Simmons, Cheryl Matchett stay away from my family and I.  Stop calling from blocked numbers, stop stalking and harassing us.  My Family does not feel safe.  Nathan Simmons we have taken your threats seriously and we will be filing to make sure you stay away from us.  Cheryl Matchett the same goes for you.  Do not email me, do not call me, stop driving through my private property.  You are both very frightening,creepy individuals.

Nathan Simmons Attempted to murder my child.  Crystal Layne admitted to DCF, OPD and several others that she had witnessed this abuse.  Nathan Simmons was arrested for child abuse.  Cleatous Simmons represented his son Nathan one month prior and illegaly acted as lawyer and witness with no notification to the courts.  Nathan Simmons was allowed around Madison directly because of Cleatous Simmons.  Nathan Simmons then proceeded to burn, Beat and attempt to kill a two year old.  DCF has verified Nathan Simmons as dangerous and abusive.  DCF verified he indeed burned a child with a cigarette 7 times.  Cleatous?  Nathan?  How much did you pay Crystal to recant her statement?  How many time will you lie in court so people do not find out your secret?  That Nathan Simmons is a drug addict that has beaten and molested a child and you have subsidized this behavior only allowing him to get worse and worse.  This is not the first time Nathan and Cleatous Simmons have done this.  Recall the Jenn Key case?  Recall the 6 DCF investigations against Nathan?  Recall that his Girlfriend Crystal Layne admitted to watching him beat her child and did nothing about it.  Recall that DCF has ordered Nathan Simmons to stay away for Betsy,yet he still found his way to attempt to kill her.  I hope the Simmons family is proud that they raised a child molesting attempted murderer.  But the apple never falls far from that there tree does it Cleatous.  You raised your boy to be a psycho,  a drug addict, a child molester.  Sleep well at night knowing a child has been scared because of your son.  Pray every night that no Christians feel that an eye for an eye is still relevant.  No body wants to see their daughter molested, burned and Beaten, I don't,  Nathan Simmons will maintain three miles from my daughter.  I am now willing to do anything in order to keep her safe,anything.  This is notice.  If you are involved in Betsy,s abuse you need to stay away from us.  We are afraid for our lives of Cleatous, Nathan and Rhonda Simmons.  We Will Stand our ground if Nathan pulls another gun on my daughter I will take it from him and protect my family from his psychosis.
