They owe over $4000.00 for refrigeration service performed at a restaurant in my area of Louisiana. They faxed over PO numbers, approved all repairs verbally and then faxed over PO's. When I called for approval I always got a person on the phone right away and had no problems reaching them. They ran up a tab over a three week period and then stopped calling. When I started calling them after 30 days for payment suddenly every call went straight to a recording or if a person did answer they would transfer me to "accounts payable" and I would get a recording there.
After 90 days I turned this account over to a reputable collection agency and they reported back to me every week with statements like "they are playing games and giving us the run around." This collection agency has a legal department and they are now filing with the courts in Texas. Long story short this is a VERY SHADY company to business with.
