NationService Aka Nation Services Aka Shari And George Clemons NationService Or Nation Services Failure to pay per contract with our company Dallas Texas

My name is Shari Clemons and have been the owner of NationService, Inc. since 1999 and I have never not paid a sub-contractor partner for work performed for my company. I do not know this person Scott out of South Carolina and if he did work, i am not privy to that information. My soon to be ex-husband George Clemons and I are in a major hostile divorce battle and have been in since November 2007 and he has managed to get me kicked out of my own company via his attorneys who were given documentation that was alleged to be falsifed.

I have my own attorneys who are trying to fight for me through the justice system but unfortunately those wheels spin slower than i would like. My soon to be ex-husband George has been most vicious and is determined to trash my company and its good name and my reputation that i spent the last 10 years building. I value my relationships with my sub contractors as they are my eyes and ears in the industry.

I apologize that my husband has done this but i assure you that i have not embezzled anything from my company or my husband. This is totally slanderous and I resent that this was even said about me. NationService belongs to me and i own 51%. I do not know how George managed to convince his attorneys to have me removed as director of my own company but i am in the process of trying to get back what was stolen from me.

When i assume my position as President of NationService, I will look into your invoice and get you paid as soon as i get back on my feet. I had a major company not pay me when i expedited collection procedures and it was after i retained my legal counsel and exhausted my cash flow that that retailer filed bankruptcy owing me half a million dollars. I know that my company has suffered a major hit and unfortunately i do not have the means to make that up.

My Name and Integrity mean everything to me and as soon as i regain my position as i have stated, i will make right this situation when i can recover from the damage that has been bestowed upon me. I don't know which employee said that stuff about me and it is irrelevant at this point because when i get back what is rightfully mine, i am going to go in and clean house.

I only want to align myself with those who are loyal and appreciate what it means to have your honor and your integrity. My name is Shari Clemons and I am NationService and my word is all that i can give you once i am able to recover from the unjustice done to me. I would appreciate that you allow me the needed time to find out exactly what transpired because my company's standard operating procedure states that a sub-contractor will be paid Net 30 from the date received of its invoice. No invoice will be processed after 45 days. All procedures must be followed with adequate sign-offs.

I assure you that my word is my handshake to you as my father raised his daughter I value my reputation and would like the opportunity to correct the bad taste in your mouth. I sincerely apologize that my dirty laundry has to be publicly aired but i felt the truth needed to be reported. I am not a rip-off company.I resent the implication that my name has been drug into.
