This is creating a really big problem for me because I have nothing to show, as far my wages are concerned for this time frame. I have tried to contact both the IRS and the SSA to see what they can do about this and at this time I have no one else to turn to. Can someone please help me with this?

YOU NEED TO REPORT THIS GUY TO THE IRS

POSTED: Wednesday, September 22, 2010YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO CALL THE TEXAS EMPLOYMENT COMMISSION AND SEE WHETHER OR NOT HE PAID PAYROLL TAXES AND UNEMPLOYMENT TAXES ON YOU AND THEY MIGHT HAVE A RECORD SOMEWHERE.
TO AVOID NONSENSE LIKE THIS IN THE FUTURE, ALWAYS MAKE A XEROX COPY OF YOUR CHECKS BEFORE YOU CASH THEM AND KEEP THE PAYCHECK STUBS IF THE EMPLOYER'S PAYCHECKS HAVE THEM.
ALSO, AFTER ONE OR TWO PAY CHECKS, CALL SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION ANF MAKE SURE THE EMPLOYER IS PAYING TO THEM WHAT THEY TOOK OUT OF YOUR CHECK. YOU HAVE ONLY SO MANY YEARS TO CALL THEM. THEY WILL MAKE HIM TAKE OUT THE MONEY AND PUT IT IN THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACCOUNT. NOBODY TELLS YOU THIS, THIS IS SOMETHING I LEARNED BY DOING. TURNS OUT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE EMPLOYER IS PAYING INTO SOCIAL SECURITY. AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TELL HIM THAT YOU TOLD EITHER. IT IS BETTER THAN YOU DON'T.
IT'S BEEN A WHILE SINCE 2005. I WONDER WHY YOU WAITED SO LONG TO NOTICE.
GOOD LUCK AND DON'T TRUST ANYBODY ANYMORE.
