I worked for this company back in 2005 and they did not report any of my wages to the IRS or the Social Security Administration. I called the company to see if they could send me something showing that I did work for them and what my wages were and the owner (Scott Malcolm), stated that he has nothing to do with this and he doesn't care about not reporting the wages.
This is creating a really big problem for me because I have nothing to show, as far my wages are concerned for this time frame. I have tried to contact both the IRS and the SSA to see what they can do about this and at this time I have no one else to turn to. Can someone please help me with this?

you will see that it states that a person's labor is not taxable under any 'law' in the USA, right?
You might want to contact a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) who specializes in taxes and ask him or her about it, okay? If there isn't a 'law' that requires an American to pay taxes on his or her 'labor', then maybe you don't have anything to worry about, correct?

I WOULD CALL THE IRS AND ASK TO SPEAK TO THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION DIVISION AND TELL THEM THAT THIS MAN MADE PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS FROM YOUR CHECK BUT DID NOT PAY INTO THE SYSTEMS AND HE DID NOT DECLARE IT ON HIS TAX FORMS AS INCOME.
YOU MIGHT BE ABLE TO CALL THE TEXAS EMPLOYMENT COMMISSION AND SEE WHETHER OR NOT HE PAID PAYROLL TAXES AND UNEMPLOYMENT TAXES ON YOU AND THEY MIGHT HAVE A RECORD SOMEWHERE.
TO AVOID NONSENSE LIKE THIS IN THE FUTURE, ALWAYS MAKE A XEROX COPY OF YOUR CHECKS BEFORE YOU CASH THEM AND KEEP THE PAYCHECK STUBS IF THE EMPLOYER'S PAYCHECKS HAVE THEM.
ALSO, AFTER ONE OR TWO PAY CHECKS, CALL SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION ANF MAKE SURE THE EMPLOYER IS PAYING TO THEM WHAT THEY TOOK OUT OF YOUR CHECK. YOU HAVE ONLY SO MANY YEARS TO CALL THEM. THEY WILL MAKE HIM TAKE OUT THE MONEY AND PUT IT IN THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACCOUNT. NOBODY TELLS YOU THIS, THIS IS SOMETHING I LEARNED BY DOING. TURNS OUT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE EMPLOYER IS PAYING INTO SOCIAL SECURITY. AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TELL HIM THAT YOU TOLD EITHER. IT IS BETTER THAN YOU DON'T.
