When I called I was a little upset at the tone and demeanor of this individual. So they claim that I owe them money from a company that I havent done buissiness with for over twentey years so I told them i have to check to see if my wife may have ordered something from this co. at which time the lady (and I use that term loosely) I was speakin to told me I just need to pay the meesly $26.00 which I was prepared to do if it was legit but with the tone of voice and the way I was spoke to I will NEVER pay it even if it is legit.
I have since found out that David Harley is not even a real person.

Google Statue of Limitations for Debt and you will see that Illinois is five years for verbal, ten years for written, ten years for promissory and five years for open-ended Accounts.
Do not admit to owing the money, or that could in some states start you all over.
Do not pay anything that would start you all over.
