he is a man that has all kinds of data on these and other collection agencies on his page on the left side scroll down and you will see agencies in a maroon banner click it go to this collection company your having problems with.
Secondly do a cease and desist letter to this collection company stating not to contact you since you are not the right person. Send by return receipt mail. THEN contact the federal trade commission on line and report them, then send a letter to the New York Attorney general as to their harassment this should clear things up
