An agent named,lets say, Mr. B-STUPID, called my relative four times relaying information to him that sounded like an urgent message(emergency). Mr. B wanted me to call him at 1-800-219-6295 at once.Mr. B also interrogated my relative on the four occassions within a one week (7day)period for about five minutes each day. Mr.B stated he had some very important papers for me,and he had to mail them to me right away. The relative informed him several times,I did not live there and avoided Mr. B questioning. Mr. B just held the phone saying nothing for several second. Mr.B became frustrated and abusively stated "you are not being of any help at all". Now, I don't know about you but at this point it seems that even Mr. B should have realized that my relative is not cooperating with him, and has obviously become annoyed with him. Mr. B even called out my address and telephone number during the conversation at least two times. My relative contacted me and informed me that he was being harrassed and awakened from his sleep repeatedly by Mr.B from NY.I checked my Phone messages and Mr.B left a twisted order for me to call him as soon as I received the message. The call back phone number was the same 1800 Phone number listed above.Note: this number is one of those numbers that show no record when you check. The real interesting part of all of this is that I had already received a letter a week prior for collections. The collection agency already had my address and other information and already knew where I could be reached.I called Mr. B and told him not to call me or harrass my relatives again. Mr B arrogantly stated " I will call everyday if I wanted to. The bottom line to all of this is ,I would not return any calls from National Action Financial Services, so they resorted to calling and harrassing my relatives hoping they would deliver their "emergency messages". After Mr. B became over-heated and out of control, I hung up the telephone. Mr. B immediately called back(approximately eight seconds) from phone number 716-650-6240 and hung up on me when I answered. Well, it seems that all the posted information about this company and it's illegal operations leaves me with no choice but to file a cease communication letter and file other complaints I previously listed. ****Mr. Politician I am going through all of this because I believed the Government had my best interest at heart,(NO DOUBLE THE CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS) had my back(NOT REWRITING BANKRUPTCY LAWS, JUST PRIOR TO THE CRASH YOU KNEW WAS COMING ) ,you know looking out for the average guy. WRONG! WHEN YOU FINISH GETTING PAID HUGE PROFITS FROM YOUR OWN INVESTMENTS IN THESE OUTRAGEOUS GASOLINE PRICES, AND HIGH TAXES FIX THE THE WORKING MANS ECONOMY THIS WOULD ALLOW US TO PAY OUR BILLS, SO WE DON'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE TYPES OF CRACK-HEAD PHONE LIZARDS!!!!!
