I have had nothing but a hard time with these people.To start they have gone as far as to dig into my past, school, military records, criminal records and family history as well.Calling daily not only to my cell phone but as well to my parents home and brother and sisters homes as well(daily).After trying to make settlement arrangements they give you impossible deadlines and then take the agreement back if you do not except the deadline. Having a total stranger go as far as to call you scumbag, and a loser because of debt is wrong!!! how can they expect a person to be able to jump through hopes at the second they say? For 3 months now i have made attempt after attempt to settle,but they just wont stop being pushy and nasty.Trying to get personal account info and harrassing family and myself daily. Wouldnt it be easier for them to say hey we will work with you as long as you work with us. Not even to mention that they pass you off to other collectors who use fake names and titles just so you feel like your getting somewheres!!! Where in the world is the law to protect the person who owes a debt, because the ones out there now really dont do anything to help a person get some closure and settlement to the problems tey face with these bullies!!
