National American University lied on multiple occasions, never disclosed legal/financial matters Denver, Colorado

As a student, Delores K in 1993, completed her education with a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration. She received her diploma December, 2011, along with cap and gown fee. After 18 some years, she finally received it.  Despite driving across town, to reiterate the archive rewards of her accomplishments, they claimed that Delores did not complete the program, until after they processed the 50 dollar fee.   She actually went to her graduation, in May of 1994. Witnessed by her family and friends.    She found out that her degree was not certified, until December of 2011.   

Upon completing the course, she had medical dilemma's and a single mother of three, she still was put in federal default. She first attended Parks College, that was bought out by Everest. Her credits were transferred to National American University. It took four drives to Denver Tech from Thornton, to straightened it out. Our understanding, this school has issues with not being upfront with students and incoming students. So their may be some hidden misunderstandings about the past, present and future.  Whoever is accountable, may be  facing the gauntlet, if and when  the truth comes out. In the meantime, many seem to be victims, of the mighty buck. This should be pursued, to accommodate the graduates and ongoing students.
