After just finding out about this site today and ready many of everyone post, I am really starting to get scared. I have three malls now. I just recently paid for my 4th modification in Jan 2004. What exactly is everyone doing on there taxes? Are they claiming the $5000 tax credit? Has anyone actually been audited yet? I just recently got my newest modification contracts in the mail. I am wondering if I should even sign them. I might just cut my losses and take it as a learning experience. I should had listened to my wife two years ago when she said that NADN sounded like a scam to begin with. I feel so stupid. If anyone can give an help I would totally appreiciate it. Oh one more thing, I have them doing my taxes this year and I was wondering if anyone could give me advice as to whether or not I should even let them finish. I might go and find myself a Tax advisor here in austin to figure this all out.

Do not sign any more contracts. You just get deeper in debt. Read all the articles on ripoffreport. What in the world would make you think you would come out a winner? Keep an eye out for a class action lawsuit and join it. That is the only contract I'm going to sign!
