They send flyers and then call. Tell the victim that they won a contest. From there, the victim is lured in. My mom was told to send cash via a moneygram to Toronto and use either her son or daughter's name for the recipient. They then pick it up as the recipient. My mom was swindled out of $7000.
Please keep an eye out for these evil people, and ask lots of questions before you give thme anything!
Try to meet them in person with an officer and get them arrested. Stop these heartless, greedy thieves!!!
