The very official looking letter makes no mention of the fact that it is a sweepstake. The letter is signed by one Stuart B. McClellend. While there may really be a sweepstake, in the insert it says that the odds of winning the grand prize should not exceed 300,000,000 to one!
P.S. P.T Barnum is credited with saying that you can't cheat an honest man.
