I went on line to look for health insurance since I was layed off. Received many phone calls because this inquiry sets off a call list. This company falsified their information. When I received the initial packet it was NOT HEALTH INSURANCE it was considered a "MEMBERSHIP" huh. Bogus Galaxy Health Network Plan cards., and Clarity pharmacy cards. When I called them to inquire what a fraudulent company this was they let me know they would not be returning my money, $100.00 nonrefundable, why? When I told them I would report them to the Better Business Bureau or the Commissioner of Insurance the lady responded with "we are not an insurance company, do what ever you like".

This Just cracks me up

To start off with this company has the HIGHEST turn over ive ever seen. I was with the company for a VERY long time since the offices first started opening, and all the reps LIE. The owner JIMMY WALKER doesnt know all that goes on so im not fully blaming him, becasuse the reps lie to him to. And this recording bs is a lie too. They are pretty skilled ill give them that. If the person buying the "plan" doesnt go through verification then they dont get paid, so they found ways to makje sure it does. When they ask if you understant this is not health insurance but a discount plan......duh they pause the tape..refrase it and press record again when you say YES to whatever question they just askied you so it sounds like you agreed. THIS IS NOT LEGAL..IT IS FRAUD. I finally cussed the upper managment out and took my pride and left. I am now a LIcENSED AGENT..YES I SELL ACTUALLY HEALTH INSURANCE!!! So i do feel sorry for the new trainees that start there and get sucked in to all their bullshit and drama and lies.....and i feel even sorrier for the poor people that purchase it., YEs if you cannot at all get health insurance then YES YES it does help out....but if you can get major med and can afford about 150-300 a month get the real thing and dont get lied to. make sure you do your research and understand what they are telling you...and GOOGLE THEM!!

 

These are the only girls that i would work with there. they were my personal friends and are not money grubbing lying girls..

when you are giving information on a company you should make sure to give it all. EACH AND EVERY CUSTOMER is put thru a verification that is recorded for your protection as well as the company's. They ask you if you were explained the services and benefits of this MEMBERSHIP! and you have to say yes or your application is not processed. The representative would have to get back on the phone and explain it to you. But if you werent explained the services and benefits, why would you give any financial information? Does that make any sence? Also you are asked several other questions pretaining to your membership. Why would yo go thru those questions if you didn't understand? They also ask you if you understand what your monthly dues are and the one time processing fee which is NON REFUNDABLE! Please dont slander a company when you as a consumer had all these things explained to you on recording. All you have to do is call your representative if you need help using your benefits. In fact that is stated in your verification as well. If you have any questions then call the office and we will be glad to help you!
