If you order software and return it, know that you cannot receive a refund. They want you to keep it for 90 days so they get no chargebacks on their merchant account as with JMW Financial Services. They LOST their MERCHANT ACCOUNT, changed the name of the company to National Capital Funding Group,LLC and now they can't take your CREDIT CARD number. They really want CHECK by PHONE so they can get the $$$ out of YOUR account immediately. You then have NO credit card company to back you up in case of a dispute. N & C an affiliate of Ingram & Co. is a PEO, (Professional Employer Organization) in Tempe, Arizona. We prepare payroll for companies, including JMW Financial Services. We are given the payroll information and prepare payrolls and pay the taxes etc.
To protect the complaintants and not even check out the complaints is wrong.
You have my name, bank name, routing number and bank account number out on the web! You have 72 hours to remove them or we will pursue you with every legal recourse open to us.
We will be forwarding this to the Arizona Attorney Generals office for review.
