This happened to me abuot 5 weeks ago. I was just taken for 59.95 out of my account and no package has been delivered.
I called and all I was told was the Postal Service must be having problems. That I could not talk to a supervisor because ther were all busy and no call would be returned.
I have contacted my bank and disputed the charge under Federal Regulation E and ordered that no more transactions be made on their behalf.
