He had suffered from dimentia for some time now, and was led to believe these coins were worth the outrageous amount of $2025.00 which he paid for them. He purchased them via credit card.
He passed away in October and we just located the unopened box of Silver Dollars along with the receipt from these lunatics. We attempted to contact them in order to explain the situation and they would hear nothing of it.
In fact, the Customer Service representative suggested that we take them to the local coin dealer to see if we COULD get anything for them. Sounds like confidence in their product?
To the individual who rebutted the last comment, "How can you admit to working for such a fraudulent company"? I think I would rather be unemployed.

AUTHOR: National Collector's Mint Inc. - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, January 28, 2008
The original order was received in February 2007; and delivered on 2/10/07. Included in the order was an invoice and a reminder of National Collector's Mint's Unconditional 30-Day Money Back Guarantee of Satisfaction which allows for a full refund within 30 days, if desired. Also included were instructions on how to return the order.
On the actual phone call, our Customer Service Representative explained that, because the order was almost a year old, a refund was no longer available. However, a full exchange or merchandise credit was offered. We feel this resolution was fair, and within acceptable business practices.
While we are sorry this customer remains unhappy, we want to extend to her, again, our offer for a full exchange or merchandise credit. This credit can be used all at once, or over any length of time.
