I saw an ad on television on 7-25-08 and responded to an add for US real currency that were supposed to be $ 20 bills that were made of .999% pure silver. I figured that this would be somthing good that I could put up for my niece and nephews. When I called the call center they explained to me that I would be recieving real currency that is made of .999 pure silver and they had a limit of three per address. During the call they had another special offer of an 18 kt. gold $ 20 bill and if you purchase this at $ 39.99 you would also receive an additional .999 % pure silver $ 20 bill for a total including shipping and handling of $ 179.00.
They advertised that this is the one and only AUTHORIZED STRIKING of these special bills that have the "Twin Towers" on one side and on the back the only currency that has a 9 and a 11 on the back indicating the fall of the "Twin Towers" . THIS COMPANY PREYS ON AMERICANS BY USING THE "TWIN TOWERS" DISASTER AS A SELLING POINT.
The one thing that the company failed to report at that time was the fact that this money is made in Liberia and has a face value of between 16-18 cents for the $ 20 bill. They have since changed the ad to reflect some of this information.

I have also come to find out that the NY States Atty has filed suit and injunction against this company as well as a few other states. I have attempted to contact this company on more than one occassion and the phone number listed for them is either not answered or it ansers with a message stating that they are too busy to answer your call so try again later.

I have also sent a letter and several emails with no response as I want a refund. I have filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company but to date have not received a refund from them.
