total ripoff - this company very promptly deducts the premium from your account, but that is the only thing they do They do not pay any claims, they do not return phones, they have been extremely nasty and unprofessional. they told me that if a prescription was generic it would be covered. But they did not say that it has to be a "preferred prescription". So, of course, my medicine was not covered after all. I am still waiting for one of my employees to received his membership cards after 3 months!!! They first sent them to the wrong address and I am still waiting. However, I must say the rep I dealt with has been very helpful - I just hope he is trying to make a living and not in on this scam.
