I ordered the free Morgan Silver Dollar and agreed to receive another order "MONTHLY". I received the 2nd shipment approximately 6 weeks after the free coin was received, it was billed to my card. The next shipment was billed to my card not quite 3 weeks from the prior shipment and billing. I called customer service to ask them to please help me as I was not expecting it that soon, was told monthly (every 4 to 6 weeks) and was planning on 4 weeks, not 3 weeks. I had a mortgage payment and car payment to make that week. Also was very tight and had a couple of other small bills coming out that had not cleared the bank yet and with the payment they took out, I would have overdraft charges coming out.

Customer service rep said "I can't do anything about that, we are told the coins will be shipped every 3 weeks. I can offer you a 33% discount on future shipments and I can change your account to be invoiced instead of automatic withdrawal, then if you don't want to receive a shipment for a month or more, just don't pay the invoice, we won't ship another coin until invoice is paid. I asked if they could please credit this shipment and I would pay it the following week. Not possible, it's already shipped. What is the difference if you can ship coins in the future and bill me, why can't you help out with this one and receive payment next week instead? Because it's already shipped????

I am sending a letter back to them. Was going to return the coin with it, as when it was received it wasn't even a Morgan or Peace coin that I had agreed to receive, it was an American Silver Eagle which I don't even want. I guess since they don't seem to refund anyway, I'll just have to keep it but will send a letter anyway, letting them all know I hope they have a very Merry Christmas just like they have caused me to have, 3 weeks before Christmas they ended up costing me a total of 9 overdraft charges and 5 excessive overdraft charges at my bank which totals to $240.00. That was about the amount I was going to have to buy a couple of Christmas presents for my 4 granddaughters, but thanks to them, I won't be able to get them anything!!!
