National Credit Adjusters/NCA have accused me of getting pay day loans from two companies. I did go online and provide information for a couple of pay day loans but I never elctronically signed my signature because I thought it through. I called these companies and told them not to make any deposits in my account and they did anyway. I informed my bank of what had happened and that these pay day loan companies had acted fradulenty and debited my account without my agreement. The bank stepped in and paid these compnay back and further more they replaced the money these companies had taken from my bank account. I changed my bank account information so that no further withdrawals could be made. Then I received a phone call one night from this place called National Credit Adjusters stating that I owed them $600.00. Initially they said that the pay day loans had been turned over to them for collections. Then they sent me two letters stating that NCA had purchased the pay day loan acccounts that my bank had paid the money back to. In the letter they said that they were not collecting for the pay day loan companies but they had a financial investment in it. Out of this I gathered that this underhanded company purchased information some how and now they are trying to collect off me. I will never pay them one red cent. These people need to put under the jail house and the key thrown away.
