National Credit Solution Collection Agency/Attorney This company says I owe money to Columbia House for the amount of $109 dollars. Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

National Credit Solutions is claiming I owe money towards Columbia House DVD for the amount of $109. I assume this is the account number #5040283. It came out in my annual credit report that I obtained from TransUnion. it says it was placed for collection on 03/30/2011. I did have an account with columbia house but I paid it off in full for the amount of $63.86. I don't know what happened or if this is just a huge ripoff. I tried calling the national credit solutions phone number that is 800-384-0585 and it said " the mailbox belonging to 312-933-2535   is full and cannot accept new messages at this time." apparently its a number from Bridgeview, Il.. so now i know it is an ripoff. so please I need this fixed because I don't want my credit score to drop and this is just wrong.
