National Credit Solutions, LLC BMG Music NCS......SCAM Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I went to go buy a new car in July 2010, before I went to the dealership I checked my credit report, I found National Credit Solutions on there saying Past due account $106.27. This is a fraudulent mark on my credit report. I have not and never will buy anything from a music place online. This showed up in 2010, I called NCS and of course had a very rude lady who answered. I basically called them to find out what BMG was. I also asked why was this in my maiden name, she talked over me and proceeded to tell me my parents address. She told me that my mail has been going to this address from 1994 to 2005, which is incorrect. My parents moved to Virginia Beach in 1995. I was in the Air Force from 1994 to 2002. All my mail was coming to me at my base. Then I started to ask her what BMG was, she said "thank you, have a nice day" and hung up. I then called back immediately, I got another lady. She started off being really nice. She said there was no way they were going to take this off my credit report until I pay. I told her that I went to the police and filed an Identity theft report, because a few years back I found USA Credit on my credit report and they had been siphoning $9.00 a week out of my millitary disability pay, that was in my checking account. She told me that the police report for Identity theft had to have been for the time frame of non-payment. I asked her what the time frame was and she told me, I told her that the police report covered 2001-2008. She then said she was not allowed to talk to me but I could mail or fax all my documentation to NCS. I told her that she wasn't going to get anything from me but I would make sure my Lawyer took care of it. She then just hung up. I don't know anything about this BMG garbage but I've filed complaints with (Rip-Off report / BBB / FTC / Attorney Generals Office of Virginia / Attorney Generals Office of Oklahoma). You know, the VA looses a laptop with disabled vets info and next thing you know, everyone has their hand in your pocket trying to get something for nothing. I'm not paying for something that I know nothing about and didn't receive anyway. Not everyone has money to throw at these companies to make them go away.
