Some automated service keeps calling me about my Auto insurance policy about to expire. I have never owned a car in my life, I have tried to have my number taken out of there system by pressing #2 (as instructed by there automated service)but the next day I get another call.
I have tried speaking with a rep when the auto service calls by pressing #1, but they just hang up on me when I say "I have no car". I did get the company name from one of the reps today when I was called, this was I told her I have no car and she hung up. The name of the company she gave was "National Dealer Services". I went on the internet and googled the company, were I found other people were having the same problem. the links below are to some of the complaints:
By going onto the internet, I was able to do a revers telephone search for the number that had been calling me and here is the information I found:
"(909) 502-9109 is a land line based in Corona, CA. The registered service provider is Digitcom Services. Detailed listing information is not available."
I Then went on googled the service provider and called them up on there 800#, I was told to call there Customer Care Center (I believe that was the department name) at 866-225-1956. I spoke to a Woman whose name I forgot to write down, but she told me she has received many calls such as mine and would see to it that my number was taken out.
Now time will tell if she in fact has had my name erased from there data base, but to be sure there is a record I will post this with the Better Business Beaurogh, Ripoff report, and any other website I can find.
Anyone reading this follow my lead research the number calling you find out what you can and then file a report.
