Although anyone has the right to represent themselves in court, the money you are trying to save today by representing yourself could end up costing you far more at a later time to fix a problem you never even thought about. And that's only assuming the problem can be fixed. You may think your divorce is simple but only by consulting with an attorney can you find out that your situation is far more complicated. Businesses like National Family Solutions that prepare legal documents but cannot give legal advice provide no valuable service to anyone. The best policy is to avoid anyone offering to prepare legal documents.
I researched National Family Solutions on the internet and I do not like what I found. I would advise anyone who believes they were victimized by National Family Solutions to file a complaint with the California Bar Association. You can start by going to their web site.

AND THE EXPERIENCED COUNSEL HAS NUMEROUS OTHER ADVANTAGES AS WELL.
IF YOU DO NOT EARNED THE RIGHT TO HAVE THE INITIALS J.D. AFTER YOUR NAME, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BAR CARD IN YOUR POCKET AND A GOOD LAW SCHOOL EDUCATION, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REPRESENT YOURSELF IN A FAMILY LAW COURT PROCEEDING --ESPECIALLY ONE AS SENSITIVE AS DIVORCE FOR GOODNESS SAKES!
IT IS ONE THING TO GO PRO SE WHEN IT IS AN UNCONTESTED DIVORCE AND THE ISSUES HAVE ALL BEEN WORKED OUT IN ADVANCE BUT TO TAKE ON EXPERIENCED COUNSEL IN A COURT SETTING YOU REALLY WILL HAVE A FOOL FOR A CLIENT.
I WOULD LIKE TO GO AND SEE THE CASE UNFOLD THOUGH BECAUSE I NEED SOME GOOD ENTERTAINMENT.
