I have done the $500 paid leagues in football, basketball, and baseball for 3 years. One thing i noticed is that every years draft there would be 3 to 4 teams, sometimes more that would not show up for the draft and i found it very odd that after paying $500 that so many owners would forget or be unable to show. Do you really want your $500 team to be picked by the auto. This was a yearly accurance. Also it seemed everyone that did show up for the draft are the only ones that ever messaged there leagues on the message board. There were also alot of wierd names for the owners of the no show teams (draft), and there emails and avatars were always blank. The biggest thing that bothered me was that 2 years in a row i went all in bidding over 400 points for a player and would be outbid by 5-10 points, and noticed alot of the other everyday owners were also being barely outbid for players they really needed.
Of course the biggest one is that every years winners were always these no show, never heard from owners which i find very suspicious. Now it could be coincedence, but there comes a point where coincedence turns into being taken for a fool. keep this in mind, and monitor your leagues closely and see if the same accurances are happening in your leagues. good luck

i sense a bit of foul play here or an over effort to lean one way or the other. this report was very cautious not to officially accuse anyone or claim to have proof. i also think that the lawyer's view was simply to expand on the possibility which is why it states "this is possible" also nothing that makes any claims or names any names. this topic is more of a blog argument than anything else. i don't see how it really matters one way or the other.
let's be honest, is this report gonna totally shut down online fantasy sports. NO WAY. Gamblers are gonna gamble and ego's will always prevail. My guess is emie has the hots for the author. he does sound like a very interesting individual, but hardly worth all this effort that amounts to a laughable NOTHING! haha!
how about focusing your time on world peace, or better yet, your OWN LIFE and stop obsessing about other peoples opinions and views. This is america, freedom of speech and all that good stuff. sounds like a joe move to me.......:)

You prosecuted a case?

You filed the original complaint, then you responded to it yourself under another name. You expect people to think you are a lawyer when you cannot spell or punctuate? You misspell the same words and don't capitalize your I's.
The NFFC has zero employees or affiliates playing in their leagues. Anyone with an ounce of common sense can see that controlling 4 $100 teams in a league has just as much of a chance of losing $400.
Please post the case that you "prosecuted" or one shred of evidence against NFFC, name one single player affiliated with them that plays in their leagues. There is no trading allowed, Manipulating waiver bids gives you like a .0000003% advantage. Ask the idiot who bid on Brandon Lafell this week if he minds if someone outbid him...They can't control players on the field, they would never risk losing their business by trying to squeak out a few dollars by spending umpteen hours on fantasy football when running a reputable contest nets them the exact same amount.
Anyone who sees cheating in these contests are simply consistent losers who need excuses as to why they lost their money. Guess what, there is skill, and you have none.

I checked out there website myself, and find it very very odd that they have no terms of conditions, or legal literature posted when you click on those links. Odds are they are having there lawyers work on some very creative terms of use that say something like there is no guarantee every team spot will be filled in your league etc, etc. I do not want to tell them how to do it obviously.
Bottom line here is the only way to take them down would be a federal raid and then years of litigation and stall tactics only for them to claim bankruptcy in the end if they lost, which like i said, the odds are still in there favor until actual laws governing online fantasy waging are introduced, but dont worry, it is coming.
