"Inspector" entered our office and performed an inspection stating that it was for the landlord. After the inspection was complete, forms were produced for signature that authorized charges for the service. This service was NOT requested or scheduled with the landlord, or our office.

We will billed $225.00 for the 10 minute visit. I will be referring this to our local DA office.
