National Fitness Center Daughter came down with gps is totally handicapped and they will not release her from her contract. Board of directors says they can not make exceptions. Internet

My daughter was in good health and signed a contract with NFC. She was pleased with the center until she came down the Gullian Barre.  She can no longer walk, cannot get out of bed on her own. We have to use a lift to get her out of bed. She has no control of her functions. This was reported to NFC along with a doctors report. She requested they cancel her contract because of this.  They refused to. She now has a collection agency trying to collect 2500 dollars from her. I know she signed a contract but not allowing her to cancel it because of this to me means this is nothing but a money hungry company not willing to work with anyone. I called them up and they say they can no longer talk to us because of it being turned over.
