I signed a binding contract for hardwood flooring with salesman, Joel Fosmire. They demanded $200.00 up-front for a "special deal".
They cancelled THREE installment appointments minutes prior to coming. They tried to con me for more money because a man by the name of Carl(installation manager), who refused to provide his last name, stated the work order was written incorrectly.
When you call, they pressure you into cancelling the order. The fine print reads that if you cancel, they keep the $200.00 unless it is within three days. This scam translates into a lot of money for the company.
Their blantant and constant lies have cost us over $1,000.00 in lost work time.
We filed a scam and theft report with the Attorney General and Police Department. Check other web sites and you will find hundreds of complaints.
If you have been victimzed by these people, go to the police. This company needs to be shut down.
