National Grid Desceptive Scam on any customer who pays through bank Syracuse, New York

Please be aware, if you pay your bill using your bank or your credit card/ Debt card, National Grid adds a 2.50 service charge to route your payment through Western Union. To avoid this "service charge" you can try to set up your bank to send paper checks to them, but it is an additional step most people overlook since most banks list National grid as a party they already have an association with, and therefore send your payment by electronic check. @.50 each month, by most customers adds up to a pretty penny these scumbags are collecting on the unsuspecting. Especially when you concider most people set these automatic payments up to avoid late payments.
