National Health Care Discount, Inc. They are charging a dead person a premium and taking it out of my checking account!!! I can't seem to get the automatic withdrawls to stop and my bank says I have to contact NHCD,Inc Overland Park Kansas

My guess is she never told the insurance company and doesn't look at her bank statements. He has been dead for 5 years and someone just noticed she was still paying for health insurance?
How is this the insurance companies fault?
