Well, isn't this priceless! NHCD has now increased the "Matrix fee" to $29.99 and added a $15 flat fee just to work with them. it only took them a week this time! So another 3 or 4 weeks and they will be back to the $79 they were asking for originally and they can make payroll again! And we all knew it was coming, we all knew that with the reputation that NHCD has, that they couldnt actually let people work without taking money out of their pocket first.

They must have thought that the concept of "No fee NHCD" for a few months would cover up the years of requiring new hires to pay to coma aboard. I am just tickled that I up and quit the company after 3 years, because if I had to go back to asking a disabled person for $45 to work from home, I would have lost it. Their employee and Independant contract policys stink, they all need a good dose of reality when it comes to how you treat people that work for you.

The only people that will make it with the company are the people who are willing to be that low and continue to do everything they are asked, and for what? A few hundred dollars a week? Is that worth your reputation as a decent person? Well, to some it is and thats great, I dont live their life. And hats off to you Rhonda, glad to see you stopped letting them walk all over you too and I hope you are enjoying your new legitimate job.

AUTHOR: E - (U.S.A.)

I came here looking for some solid advice. Unfortunately, I cannot see well enough beyond all the mud-slinging and name-calling to ascertain the truth. It seems to me that individuals who call themselves adults could air their differences without resorting to petty slurs, disparaging remarks about education, attempting to "one-up" each other, and foul language. I think I will seek guidance elsewhere.

"closer to Canada" Duh

AUTHOR: C - (U.S.A.)

Tammy, "duh" yourself. These canadian rx businesses don't have to be close to the border to be successful. What do you think they're doing, walking across the border, buying prescriptions, then bringing them back to the US to resell? Is that what NHCD does with their canadian rx? It's all handled through the mail. And canadian rx businesses are popping up all over the country. Your argument is just too silly for me to respond to any further.

I'm glad you're trying to help people and I wish you much success. I'm still wondering though, if you aren't for or against NHCD, why do you continue to hang out here? Move on. And before you tell me to do the same, let me mention that I have moved on, but am completely against NHCD and it's policies and want to stop others from being sucked into their web of deceit. And unfortunately for you, the ex-managers posting here have a lot more inside info than you can ever hope to receive. Sorry.

We're not alone Tammy. I used to defend NHCD quite often, when I was just doing leads. As I entered recruiting, I started looking seriously at their tactics (strangest interviews I've ever conducted). When I entered management I started learning exactly what happens within NHCD and I hated it. I hated watching folks that really need a job paying their hard-earned cash to the company that's supposed to be paying them (not the phone company as you've been told). Anyway, if you get a chance you should ask questions about NHCD on some of the more popular message boards and watch what happens. Those who've been scammed will start coming out of the woodwork. Have a great weekend and I wish you the best of luck.

Excuse me? I'm being mean?

AUTHOR: Tammy - (U.S.A.)

Let me get this straight - you are telling me not to sound so mean? Maybe you had better read over the posts again. Or do you do selective reading like the other two do?

As I have stated before, I am not for OR against this company. And I do not work for the company anymore, as stated in previous postings. I am also interested in helping people, unlike others on this site. Again, read the prior postings.

I only came to this site tonight because I wanted to update my last post on the website mentioned - it is enjoyworkingfromhome.bravehost.com. I will also have links to a lot of work at home websites for those of you interested. I have had trouble getting the website up and running correctly, but hope to have it done by the end of next week. I don't know how anyone can say that I am not interested in helping people.

Besides, all you that are so desparetely putting me down are the ones that look like losers - think about that. As far as the 'yellow pages' remark goes - look where you live at as opposed to where I live at. You of course are lot closer to Canada geographically than I am. Duh.

Oh, and one more thing, which looks more desperate and suspicious - someone that will only post their first initial or someone that posts their first full name as well as City and State. In fact with this posting I cheerfully sign off using my FULL name.

Tammy your wrong And that's only the first three I looked at

AUTHOR: C - (U.S.A.)

Tammy,

I'm not sure how you did your research, but I just did another search just to check and this is what I found:

freedrugcard.us---up to 75% off + canadian drugs---completely free!!

freemedicineprogram.com= 80% off brand name, up to 80% off Canadian---$5 processing fee. How much is NHCD charging?

discountrxmart.com= totally free access to Canadian drugs

And that's only the first three I looked at.

One day you will realize what this company is up to and you'll regret ever posting in favor of them on this site. There's a reason they're shying away from the rx thing and pushing dental now....think about it. And you're right, many seniors don't have online access, but many do, and those who don't probably have family members looking into these things for them. NHCD is preying on those not able or willing to join the DNC list. Most thinking folks are already on it or are in the process of signing up. So that argument doesn't fly either. Look in your yellow pages. In my state anyway, Canadian rx businesses are popping up all over the place.

And please don't be so mean. It makes you look desperate, like the Captain of a sinking ship waiting for the end. The folks on this board are actually trying to help people. They aren't disgruntled, they're brave and I'm sorry, but just doing leads and recruiting for awhile does not qualify you to defend NHCD. There's just too much inside info that you aren't privy to. Too many threats you haven't heard. And you've never had to sit through one of Grant's "write down these numbers" meetings. Unless you are in management but are too afraid to show your face. In which case, you must be one of those upper-level, hush money people, getting a huge salary to keep your mouth shut. And you don't have time to breathe, much less time to critically think about what you're doing.

Leesa, lay off with the language. I am not for the company or against it. I have only reported the truths. Walk all over me?

AUTHOR: Tammy - (U.S.A.)

Leesa,
You only prove how little a person you are by the language that you use on these postings.

That's right, people should make their own decisions. And just how do you get your information about the phone companies? Makes me think that you really do still work for them.

I am not for the company or against it. I have only reported the truths. Walk all over me? They did live up to their end so how did they (or how did I let them) walk all over me? I have received all my pay in full, so why should I be bitter, like you.

And dear leesa, I do have another work at home position that pays me more than I am worth. Very well indeed. And I did do the searches on line, as your friend suggested. I was not able to come up with any free cards that offered the same discount as what NHCD offers. Those that did also required a fee of some sort. You ding bats need to realize, as has been pointed out before, that not ALL people have access to computers. Especially the senior population, and they are the ones that seem to pay the most on their medications.

You know, maybe yours and Rhonda's anger and bitterness would be better spent towards the Politicians and the pharmaceutical companies that charge so darn much for their medications, because they are the real problem.

I do not have the specifics for my website just yet, but those of you that do want to earn a really good income look for it at my site "enjoy working from home" here in the next week.

I guess I don't have to tell the 'two of you' not to bother, seeing as you could not be the least bit of helpful to me when I posted my first response on this page - only mean, nasty and hateful. I wouldn't give you the time of day. I am not a bitter person or vindictive because I believe deeply in the addage of what goes around comes around, especially threefold sometimes. So the two of you have a nice bitter life together. I am tired and bored with the both you and have MUCH better things to do with my life than play petty little word games with two feeble minds.

Sincerely,
Respond to this report!

Everything you say is sooo very true, everyone should not listen to all the managers that were with NHCD for YEARS, they should listen to a measly little lead generator that was with NHCD for a few weeks and then got screwed! Thats the smart way to go. And as far as me being Rhondas "Little" friend and being a smart ass, well, again you are correct, I am a very big smartass, BUT I stand up for what I believe in, not roll over and let companies walk on me.

As far as your dental card being received AFTER you got CANNED, its required that NHCD send it to you. The RX and Dental cards are yours for life because you fell for their scam. Dont take it as anything other than the company covering their ass. And you are right also about getting what you deserved. I have a legitimate work at home job. I make what I am worth and I dont have to scam people to do it. So I am happy. I am also happy to know that NHCD wont be around much longer, gotta love how Qwest wont do business with them anymore and Matrix is threatening to drop them, its cute really. What will NHCD do then? Oh yeah, go back to asking for a $79 "refundable" security deposit so they can pay the bills. But you dont work for them, I dont work for them, what do we care right?

Now, instead of giving me something to laugh at and respond to, why dont you go and find a real job and when you do and you realize how true everything that was said here is, dont bother apologizing, just stop giving other people false hope of working for this company and making money, unless $30 a week will cover your house payment and put food on your table. NHCD is a serious SCAM, you dont see it at first, but you will once they get you suckered in. If you take a position with them, do not come here crying about it, its your own fault, you have been warned.

I Did Not Start The Nastiness Rhonda, Your Friend Did

AUTHOR: Tammy - (U.S.A.)

I did not start the nastiness Rhonda, your little friend did. All I did was post my original response as well as answer a someone else's.

I had read back over the original postings on this page before and you never published the title of the book, but don't worry yourself with that now.

And yes I do know how to do searches. I am not quite the ignorant person you would like to make ME out to be. I thought I was asking TWO DECENT people out for a little help, but you have proved my point out there. My original statement it appears to be on the mark. Atleast you did not get quite as snotty as your friend. I had not tried to bash either of you, as I said, your 'little' friend started that, talk to her.

As far as your free prescription card - I did do the searches, although I have not checked out the link you provided. I was not able to come up with one free prescription card that had the same as NHCD. In fact the majority that I came up on Google were well under 50% and several websites offered the same version of the same exact card over and over again, and it wasn't anything like NHCD's.

I never blamed you for me losing my position. I wasn't making big bucks but atleast it helped to put food on the table at the time. I knew deep down inside that if I posted on here that something would happen, just ignored my gut instinct. But that is okay because I have found another good position - without your help and by doing my own search - thank you anyway. Like I said before, I though I was asking two decent people out for a little help and I'm sure readers can see where that got me - snotty little demeaning messages. Again, you are only sounding vengeful, atleast I've only tried to help other posters.

To those seeking good home employment resources here are a couple that I have found:
http://www.workingfromanywhere.org/index.htm
http://www.wahm.com/cgi-bin/Ultimate.cgi
http://www.portajobs.com/search.php
http://www.youcanworkfromanywhere.com/

I have found these very helpful and they some contain links to other sites that are very helpful. Again, these are not get rich quick overnight schemes, they have certain requirements and you do have to work.

To Rhonda and Leesa, I hope your lives get better so you will quit being so bitter to people. It truly is a shame that you have to be that way. I believe that what goes around comes around and you should treat people as you would want to be treated, such the reason for my previous postings, only gave back to you what you gave to me.

One finally thing I would like to note: I received in the mail today my Dental Card from NHCD. This is just such a bad company that they went ahead and sent me that card, even though I'm no longer employed by them. And I do Thank them for that. My fiancee has had ill health recently and we've had to use the prescription card several times, and it did help out quite a bit on meds. As soon as we can, he will also be using the dental card for a root canal THAT I ALSO KNOW WE WILL SAVE SOME $$$$ ON. I know how to look for dentists in my area that honor the card ;-).

TaTa For Now, as I also have a life to live.

We've resorted to name calling now?

AUTHOR: R - (U.S.A.)

I guess a person can't walk away from posting for a few weeks without getting called a twerp. Sorry I haven't been following the board religiously as I do work another job from home, have a family and life as well. I didn't realize I should be glued to the rip off report.

But hey, since I haven't been, I guess in your opinion that gives you the right to call me a 'vengeful little twerp that has nothing better to do with her time.' Obviously I've proved the point on the fact that I have much better things to do with my time since I haven't been at this site in weeks.

You've got a lot of hostility that you are taking out on people, but it's not our fault you lost your job. That's the way NHCD operates. And I believe in one of your posts you made a comment about us saying the bigwigs didn't read this board, but that wasn't what was said at all. They all read this board, but they don't comment because they know things that are being said by former SENIOR MANAGERS are true. NHCD almost ruined my marriage because of everything they expected everyone to do, but I digress, that's not the point I am here to make today.

First of all, I'm assuming you don't know how to do a search on Yahoo or Google or anything, so I guess I will do it for you. One of the many places that offers free prescription cards with the same percentage off is http://www.freeprescriptiondrugcard.com/ That's only one of many. It's not that hard to do a search for yourself and see how many listings come up.

As far as the Ebay job booklet posting, I refuse to post the website address for that again. You will either have to read back through the posts I made (since someone thanked me for giving it) or you can go to Ebay and do a searcyh for work at home jobs yourself, if you know how.

However, I wouldn't bother applying for any of those jobs if you don't know how to do a simple search. Companies want people that know how to work their computer, and since you want everyone to provide you with everything, including simple searches that can be run yourself, you are not what they are looking for.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not calling you a twerp like you called me without even knowing me, but if you found this website, you should be able to handle a simple search without someone holding your hand.

You don't know me, I don't know you, but I would never come off and call someone something like that unless I personally knew them. Many of my reps have also posted on this board vouching for me, so maybe you should read those before personally attacking people. Leasa and I both gave our hearts and souls to this company, everytime they loaded more work on or changed a policy like they have a knack of doing every week, neither of us said a word. Somewhere along the way, you have to draw a line and enough needs to be enough. Excuse me if telling the truth about the way things are done is wrong. You and a lot of other people weren't in management to see how things were done, so you don't know the entire way the company operates.

This board was created for the public so people that get ripped off can share their experience with others so they are not ripped off in the same way. That's merely what I was doing until you came in and tried to rip my character to shreds. I think you have an issue with the company and taking it out on me and Leasa isn't going to help.

LEESA, WHAT DID I DO TO YOU FOR YOU TO GET SO SNOBBY WITH ME?

AUTHOR: Tammy - (U.S.A.)

Leesa,
I was not being snobby with you or Rhonda in my original posting. I did not use any type of foul language either.

In my original posting, I asked YOU and RHONDA how a person could get this discount card for free. Yes, at that time I did have some serious doubts - #1 Because of my check issue and #2 Because of what you and your little friend had posted about getting this discount card for free. I have kept checking back here for your answer and still have not seen it. Finally after almost two weeks, you choose to reply to my posting and you get an attitude with me? I know that you have a life, but when you are making accusations and postings such as yours, you should check back every couple of days I would think. You evidently do not want to help people but spout off at the mouth.

You and Rhonda obviously DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT BECAUSE YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO IGNORE THAT QUESTION. This only proves to me what I have come to realize - You two are vengeful little twerps who have nothing better to do.

You are the one that needs to move on get over your anger and self-pity. Go make your make your big bucks. You obviously do not want to help anybody or you would have answered my questions that I had in my original posting. Not only did I want to know about the prescription card but also I asked about the book that you had purchased on Ebay.

For me, I have moved on after losing my positions with the company. I have found several websites that offer home employment solutions. And yes, I am defending this company. Why? Because you can not prove that persons are able to obtain this same exact type of discount card elsewhere free of charge and you are wrong about the dental discount as well. You have to know which dentists honor the card and then you have to check the fee schedule as well that is sent to you. My paycheck issue was finally resovled, although not as I would have liked it to have been, but they have not cheated me out of any money as of yet.

No, I was not happy with my Leads Manager and to this day, I am wondering why she was allowed a management position. I realize I was not the only person below her, but it doesn't take but a minute to write a short email or make a quick phone call. I FULLY believed in my Recruiting Manager and my Senior Recruiting Manager. They were wonderful women. If I had any type of a problem, they were on it. As I stated above, I had finally had enough with my leads manager and finally sent an email to my L.M. as well as my S.R.M. and it was my S.R.M. who finally got me the answers as well as my samples of the 'soap'.

I also caught my L.M. in a couple of lies that she had told me. My Recruiting Managers never lied to me and they NEVER wanted us to lie to potentials. We were always encouraged to be straightforward when interviewing people. I was very disappointed when I lost that position and it was because of you putting that little seed of doubt in my head and why I originally posted my question which you choose to ignore.

I have only tried to help both Angel and Connie. Angel, be patient, I am sure the rest of you money is coming since you have chosen to leave the Company. And Connie, please ignore any postings from either Rhonda or Connie, reasons for which are listed above in this current posting. Make your own decision. If you are married and this is only a second income coming in and can make do with what you have for awhile until you get used to the telemarketing portion of it, then you should do fine. If this will be your ONLY source of income, then you can not rely on it alone, because as I've said before this is not a get rich over night MLM type program.

Now my dear Leesa, you blow it out you a** or you come clean and either prove what you have stated and what I have asked you to prove over and over again - WHERE CAN A PERSON OBTAIN THIS SAME EXACT TYPE OF DISCOUNT CARD FOR FREE. Otherwise, state that you do not know where this can be obtained and go live your petty little self-consuming life! And to think, I actually felt sorry for you two having to deal with Dean's postings. Gee, maybe he was correct after all?

Very Sincerely,
Respond to this report!

$19.95 is "security deposit" for your access code

AUTHOR: C - (U.S.A.)

Firstly, NHCD is billing a $19.95 security deposit which is refunded after 60 days if there's no phone abuse. Their phone service is constantly changing so the company can continually find ways to charge their employees without them realizing it. It doesn't go to Matrix.

And regarding why your manager would send you to this site? This is completely my opinion, not fact, but it may have been done to totally confuse you. They don't like employees who question their policies and if they can get rid of you early, they will. Either that, or your manager hasn't been here for awhile.

Tammy, do a search, type in free prescription drug card. Then do another search and type in free medicine program. That's why NHCD is a "referral" service.

Connie who requested the $19.95 Matrix Check?

AUTHOR: Tammy - (U.S.A.)

Hi Connie,

I was a recruiter as I am sure your read above and your posting has me a little concerned. You stated that you asked your recruiter not to process your check for $19.95 for Matrix. Did the recruiter actually request that you send her/him this activation check? If they did this is not correct from what I understood when signing people up.

Matrix should send you a bill for this amount within 30 days of you signing up with them. NHCD should not receive this money. If you did in fact make this out to NHCD if I was you I would put a stop payment on it. I stronly hope that the officials of NHCD would back me up on this.

I can only of course speak from the what I was told by my own recruiting managers.

They have different 'teams' and I was on the Orange team. After reading the many different postings on the many pages of this website I seriously wonder about the other 'teams' and what they have benn told by their managers in obtaining new employees. The reason I say this is because much of what has been written has gone against everything, and I mean everything that I was taught or told my managers. If you haven't guessed it, I still strongly believe in my ex-managers from that team. They were two wonderful women.

As for the $59., NHCD used to have person's make these long distance calls through them somehow and this was their charge for getting them set up for this. Some did not do exactly what the contract stated and they of course did not get this refund so of course they are going to blame NHCD. I was never charged anything but the activation fee for the long distance, so you do not have to worry about that. But again, this will be billed my Matrix - not NHCD.

I can't answer why the manager told you check this site out. That sure doesn't sound like anything that NHCD would endorse. I'm not going to tell you not to work for this company or to work for this company, that has to be your decesion. I will say this, that after my initial problems with my first check, everything else was ok with this company. I have used both the prescription card and the dental card and saved money. You do have to make sure that the dentist you go to honors this card and make sure you are familiar with the payment schedule of the services that are being performed.

As far as I can tell both the original posters of this page Rhonda and Leesa DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT about getting the same type of savings card for free. As you can see they have not bothered to answer my question as to where or how this can be obtained. They only want to stir trouble for some reason or another.

The truth is, you will have to work in order to get a paycheck. You can not expect to sit there and watch TV and the leads will jump up to you. You will have to make calls to get those leads. Yes you will have days where you will get several and then your going to days where you are going to go through 300 or more numbers and not get leads. As I have stated in other postings elsewhere on this site regarding NHCD this is a telemarketing position and it is the luck of the draw. You will not get rich over night.

I hope I've answered your questions. Since I can not give out my email address or will not post my ex-managers names (I won't do that to them, I have too much respect for them), I will keep an eye out for any other postings from you.

Its your choice Tammy I moved on and found something that is 100 times better than NHCD

AUTHOR: Leasa - (U.S.A.)

I have no desire to keep trashing NHCD any longer, so please, continue to work and do what you feel comfortable with. I moved on and found something that is 100 times better than NHCD could ever dream of being. As far as all your little snotty remarks about time management and doing things the right way, you blow them out your a**.

Your posting alone did great justice for my whole posting about how NHCD treats their people. You lost your recruiting position and your leads position just for posting an opinion here. Says a lot about a company when they fire people for having their own mind.

But, in your managers defense, she was trained to ignore you and deactive you if you started causing trouble. Its easier to pretend you dont exist anymore than it is to try and keep you quiet. Again, I made more last week alone with my new company than I did my last month with NHCD. Sorry to see that you are out of a job, with nowhere to go.

And I am even more sorry to see you still defending the company after all that. But, some of us have what it takes to see it, and people like you dont. Have a good one.

Now I am really confused BBB and they had no unresolved issues with this company and claims NHCD has been in good standing since 1989.

AUTHOR: Connie - (U.S.A.)

I was ready to get set up for the orientation session for NHCD.I checked with BBB and they had no unresolved issues with this company and claims NHCD has been in good standing since 1989. My daughter found a negative response @ ask.com NHCD. So I checked with BBB again. They have only complaints resolved from a consumer standpoint. But nothing from employees??? I question why that is. I also checked with Matrix and had questions for them.

I then E-Mailed the recuiter and advised her to not process my check for the 19.95 Matrix long distance service until NHCD could clarify my questions about a 59.00 fee and the long distance charges. She and her manager called me with in the hour and gave reasonable explanations. The manager also advised me to check this website (ripoff.com). After reading everything here I question why she would do that??? Now I really am confused.

As far as this being a rip off to the elderly, as they can get this free. For most , they don't have access to a computer and certainly the free assistance is not made available to the general public, so a small fee would seem acceptable to assist them. Believe me you can call and write everyone you can think of to find information on free discount cards and assistance and get no place. But syill confused as why this manager would have referred me to this web site????

#20 UPDATE EX-employee responds

The day that my message was posted I was contacted by my Recruiting Manager and was told that I could no longer be a Recruiter if I did have "faith" in the company.

AUTHOR: Tammy - (U.S.A.)

Angel,
I have not had the time today to sit down and go back over the agreement or my personal records but I will be very interested in this. As you can see I am now an ex-employee of this company myself - not because I chose it that way.

You see, contrary to the other postings of R and Leesa, the bigwigs at NHCD do read these postings and I'm sure they will see this one too. As I sure hope they do.

The day that my above message was posted I was contacted by my Recruiting Manager and was told that I could no longer be a Recruiter if I did have "faith" in the company. I would have had faith in this company IF they could done the proper thing and admitted THEY made the mistake of sending my first check to the wrong address and had promptly recut this check and sent it to me. I say they their mistake because I did everything as I was told by logging in under the profile tab to check my mailing address WHICH WAS CORRECT in that it was my PO Box - NOT my street address. I also filled my 1099 with my street address and also made sure to note that mail should be sent to the PO Box that was also listed. I also wrote a note and included it with the 1099 form.

A week ago last Wednesday I sent my leads manager an email as left her a voicemail asking that she confirm that this check would be re-sent as it had been 30 days past the original dated check. She let me know that she had sent bookkeeping/personel an email and let me know as soon as they responded (evidently the managers can not speak on the phone to this department) - I never heard another word - written or spoken - from her. When my Recruiting Manager called to let me know I was no longer in this department she suggested that I contact my Leads Manager to find out my status of employment in this department. I of course had to leave her a voicemail message BUT NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL.

I called my numbers from that day and statused them and again left her my check-out message. The next day I again was given numbers to call. I called them with no leads, of course, and statused them that night. No, I did not call my leads manager that night. The next day I did not have any numbers to call. I have checked periodically throughout the week, but still have not been given any numbers to call.

So I guess I officially do not know if I am still an employee or ex-employee. I guess after this posting I will be an ex-employee.

Here is something that may be interesting to you Angel. Have you received your prescription card or dental card? I received my prescription card which has definitely come in very very handy. NHCD has my thumbs up on the savings portion on that (saved $12.60 on amoxicillan and $25. on a prescription for Cipro today for my fiancee)! However I had to call 2 weeks ago because I had not received my dental card. I was able to still 'use' it, which did save me a bit, but when I spoke to the customer service department to confirm I had the 'coverage' I told them I had not received the card yet. I still have not received the card/s. Also, when you click on the link on the server to contact the customer service department by email you get the following message:

Error Occurred While Processing Request
Error Diagnostic Information
An error has occurred.

HTTP/1.0 404 Object Not Found

NHCD Exec's - I did have confidence and faith in this company. Even after not receiving my first check I still kept my confidence and faith in this company. I told my Recruiting Manager that I wanted to FORCE 'Miss R' and 'Miss Leesa' to prove and back up what they were saying in regards to being able to get this exact prescription card for absolutely free. I knew that they would not be able to prove it or back up this claim. And I believe that I have proved my confidence with this company in regards to my other postings. Let me correct myself. I had confidence in this company - NOT my leads manager.

Anyway Angel, let me review my 'contract' and my records and I will get back with you.

Miss R and Miss Leesa - You need to keep off this site and put your so called mad cases to rest. In other words get over yourselves and let people make up their own minds. The truth is this company does provide a service, a good service, in helping people save money on their prescriptions. It is not NHCD's fault If you weren't able to save any money because you could not use the program correctly. And maybe had you been more organized and had better business practices yourselves you would not have had to been up all hours of the night doing your work.

And get your facts straight - THEY NO longer have a set up fee to work with them - only an activation fee to get your long distance set up with a good company which definitely benefits a person in the long run!!

VERY Sincerely,
Respond to this report!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! I finally received a check from NHCD today & it looks like this is going to be the only one I will get too!

AUTHOR: Angel - (U.S.A.)

Well, I am back & just wanted to report on what has happened since I am no longer with NHCD. I quit the day after I read the postings here & posted here myself for the first time.

I finally received a check from NHCD today & it looks like this is going to be the only one I will get too!

As stated in my last posting, I should have received a check for $42.00. 7 leads @ $6./hour.
7x6=42, no?
(I even used the calculator to make sure I was right-even though I knew I was!)

Well, get this........I received a check for $24.00.

You all know what that means, RIGHT?

I won't get another check.

Why you ask? Well, because they will not issue any checks under the amount of $20.00.

They did this on purpose I guess, so they can screw me out of $18.00.

Maybe, just maybe I am over reacting, but I don't think so. They clearly state in their employee policy that they will not issue checks unless they are in the amount of $20. or more.

I guess I will have to wait & see if they come through with it.
Today is the 21st, so I will give it until the 28th & then start making some calls & see where I can get that way.

I mean REALLY, why couldn't they have made two checks out for $21.00 each, in all fairness?!

Has anyone been in a situation such as this before? AND if so, can you enlighten me as to whether I am going to get another check, or if I am going to have to spend another 20 hours on the phone trying to get my money that I certainly earned. This is SO UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!

#25 UPDATE Employee

Currently With NHCD And Have Questions

AUTHOR: Tammy - (U.S.A.)

I can't believe what I've been reading. I honestly am so confused over so many statements and I really hope that R and Leasa can help clear this confusion for me. Sorry, this may be a book, but I really want to get everything out in the open here and not mis-lead. At this point I can't say whether I'm still an employee or ex-employee.

I began working for NHCD 2/28/05 and began making calls on 2/3. I was not asked for a deposit or money to start working for them, which eased my apprehension. My first week I produced 7 leads and supposedly won a $10 bonus (which I found several weeks later was to be split), I am still waiting on my first check - I have received my second check however. I had also been told I would receive 2 sample bars plus 2 free full size bars after completing 50 dials then 100 dials. By Tuesday, I still had not received these bars so I contacted my leads manager by email and she said they had been mailed the previous week.

At that time, if you produced 5 leads you were able to move into recruiting so I decided to go for it since leads pay was $6. and hire pay was $8. In training for recruiting we went through the script basically, but we were also told we needed to make it VERY CLEAR to people that if they chose W-2 status they would only be paid strictly for hours worked NOT, and I repeat NOT hourly plus the $6.00 an hour. I feel sorry for those who have been mis-lead. The company has indeed done away with W-2 status because so many were being mis-lead by those recruiters that just wanted to get people signed on.

I am on the Orange team in recruiting and my manager and senior manager are wonderful women. In fact it was from my manager in recruiting that I found out that the company holds back 2 weeks before sending out your first check. OK, I could live with this because there are many employers that hold back your first 2 weeks, right? I did feel that the recruiter that hired me and my leads manager should have told me that. However, I was also not told by my leads manager that in order for the company to cut you a paycheck you would have had to earned $20 or over for that week! Now that is pure BS.

My leads manager is a terrible manager. I again contacted her by email on Thursday that I had not received my samples yet. No response. Granted this is just a 'soap', but I wanted to try it to see if it did what it claimed! The following week I again contacted her several times regarding this issue. Several went unanswered and several were answered that she would check into it, yea I bet!

Ok, 2/18 my first check should have been cut. By the following Tuesday I had not received it, so once again I contacted J.M. my leads manager. She of course said that I needed wait until Friday because of the post office and the company wouldn't do anything anyway until it had been 30 days. Friday - no check so I again called J.M. She called me back and said yes I had had a check cut, but again nothing could be done until 30 days from the date of the check.

On 2/24, I'd finally had enough so I emailed J.M. and sent copies to my recruiting manager as well as my senior-recruiting manager. That got some reaction. J.M. had enough nerve to tell me there were never any emails or phone calls that went unanswered from me. I pointed out that in fact there were, I keep copies of everything, after all I was a secretary for 11 years, and stated the dates and subject line. There were also other questions that she had answered from the same email, so she had to have had received them. My senior-recruiting manager, T.F. was also checking into it, although she had nothing to do with leads pay. Friday T.F. called me to say that the check had indeed been cut, mailed, and had again checked my address. As well my recruiting pay check would be going out that day for the week of 2/13 (my check was under 20) and for 2/20 (over 20). Monday I had not gotten any check but had 3 full size bars and 5 sample packages of NBB. Tuesday I got my recruiting check but still no leads pay.

I called J.M. and told here this was ridiculous! If I had trust this lame company to pay me what I was owed, then they should trust me to send back a duplicate check and if it continued, I would seek legal action. Her answers were not satisfying to me and I wanted to know what was going on. After all I had received my second check and the soap so they had the correct address (this had been checked at least 7 times prior anyway). Well come to find out they had sent my leads check to my street address - NOT MY MAILING ADDRESS WHICH IS A P.O. BOX!!!!!! Since they have no forwarding printed on the envelope, it would not have forwarded to my P.O. Box (different town than my street address town). This has really made me mad. I have made absolutely sure that on ALL my paperwork this pointed out - ALL MAIL IS TO GO TO MY P.O. BOX AS WE HAVE NO MAILBOX AT THE STREET ADDRESS. Not only that, but NHCD should have already received the check back to their office. I requested the payroll person's number. Of course, all you get is a voicemail box and Angela Easson has never returned my call. J.M. said all she would do is let her know by email that one of her people had a payroll problem. If I do not have this check by Tuesday of next week, I will contacting the Attorney General, both US and Georgia and I've already forewarned J.M. of this.

I told J.M. that since they now know the situation that they should immediately cut me a check because they were obviously going to get this one back. I had no way of getting it from the other post office because I called and they had nothing there that they were holding for me. She called me back the next day stating that the company told her they were sticking to the 30-day 'rule'. This has just truly teed me off and I feel it is complete B.S. I've told my recruiting managers that I don't know if I continue because I feel like such a liar to new recruits.

And, by the way, they have never told me to just hire anybody and everybody. I am completely honest when talking to new recruits in the aspect of waiting 2 weeks and the $20 or no check. I also will not hire anybody who doesn't speak well or is rude on the phone (eating, asking me to hold while they answer their call-waiting, etc.) When we still had W-2 status I always made sure that people knew that they only get that $8.00 an hour, not $8.00 an hour plus $6.00 per lead. NHCD should find out the recruiters that have been mis-leading and should demote them or get rid of them entirely.

Now, a quick note on NBB. Hate to say this guys, but I do love this product. My 18 year old has acne problems for several years on his face and chest. We have tried all the over the counter products and I've had him using St. Ives Clear Complexion which works wonderfully on my occasional outbreaks (42 and still getting outbreaks, eaks), but nothing has helped him. This stuff is working for him and I have seen his confidence growing just over the last week. As for me, I've suffered from eczema since he was a baby. Prescription meds cleared it up on my knees and other patches I had but nothing worked on my knuckles. We spend a lot of time outside in the summer and the ultraviolet rays are suppose to help, but never did. Is it just coincidence that my knuckles are clearing up since using this product? Not only do I wash with it, but also I use it as a 'lotion' rubbing the lather in to the areas where I need it. I do truly believe in this product after witnessing first hand what it says it can do.

Now as I stated before, I hope that Leasa and R. can help me, because I still do not know if I can continue with this company or not. You have stated previously, and I have seen it posted on other pages of this site, that people can get the same type of discount cards free of charge. Can you please tell me how and where? If this true, then I can not go on deceiving the elderly or others. I've worked in Nursing homes because I feel a certain devotion to these people and just could not deceive them.

One other quick note. Not sure if it was on this page or another, but there was comment made about the dental card being useless. I personally have saved $40 last week using this card. I called the dentist before going with my fiance who was suffering a toothache where he had an implant. The first price quoted to me was a minimum of close to $90. Now I did make sure that they were on the list of course before going. The office visit plus exam plus the x-rays (and he said they must have took an x-ray of every single tooth for the amount they took. Our bill was only $54.00. When you go to the work at home parents website, do the search for the dental portion, they have a schedule of the amount you will save under each state as well as each procedure (at least under the Carrington portion of it). We just happen to live in one of the states where the savings are the greatest. Guess we got lucky there.

Anyway, if R and Leasa could please respond to how a person can obtain these cards at no charge I would really really appreciate it. I also checked out the link or website somebody had listed above regarding work at home positions and it is awesome. I'm now checking in daily there. Leasa, I think it was you that suggested a book that was available on ebay containing companies that hire homeworkers. Can you please list the title? As much as I enjoy my recruiting managers on the Orange team, just not sure how much longer I can continue with this company.

Sorry this is so long, hope you understand.

I have been with NHCD since 2/25/05...I have yet to receive a paycheck & the lists, not so great. work-from-home scam

AUTHOR: Angel - (U.S.A.)

EXAMPLE: I went almost an entire week without a single lead & a whole lot of hang-ups. One lady actually told me completely OFF.

As for the poor woman who is about to lose her house, I would certainly not suggest this job as a way out of her financial despair.

In comment to the credit card & fees that NHCD supposedly initially asks for-I was merely asked to sign up for the Matrix long-distance for $19.95/month (Unlimited Calls) in order to become an active employee with NHCD.

Please understand,I am not trying to stick up for them (NHCD)by any means-I am only stating my experience as of yet with this company.

I ALSO was woed by the kind woman who responded to my inquiry & made to feel as though I would be doing seniors a great & honorable deed in saving them money on their medications & how myself & my whole family would be covered by their their plan-ABSOLUTELY FREE & of course, the wonderful idea of being able to stay home with my 8 month old baby immediately had me interested in getting started.

I am disgusted to learn of that seniors are capable of getting this RX plan free of charge & I am even more than disgusted to find that I have a hand in taking advantage of these poor old people who probably have it just as hard as I do, if not harder.

I am a single mom & fortunately have a wonderful family member who is providing myself & my baby with a roof over our head & access to the internet to try & make something more of myself & eventually get out on my own again. Life has dealt me some really hard blows, one after another.

I am a thirty year old woman & I believe honesty IS "the best policy" & I highly doubt that either

'Leasa' or 'Rhonda' would come on here & lie or say the things you have just to say them.

Unfortunately, this is not my first experience with the work-from-home scam. I have been victimized before & lost several hundred dollars in an attempt to better my future, which essentially is another thing that sucked me in to this 'no cost to start' job.

It seems as though NHCD is everchanging (according to your statements) & I fear that sticking around with them would only get me in deeper & make me feel worse than I already do for the leads I did manage to get for NHCD.
And I wondered why I could not sleep lately, because deep down, I guess my mind was trying to tell me something, my heart must have known that something was not right...that this was not honest!

It DID seem to be too good to be true, YET my manager told me that her husband had said that to her & she proved him wrong.

THEY DEFINATELY TRAIN THESE PEOPLE TO KEEP PEOPLE LIKE ME IN THE DARK. And again, please don't get me wrong-as adore my manager & think she is one of the sweetest people I have ever talked with via telephone.

Now, on to the most important part/issue.......
Rhonda-I would really be interested in knowing the name of the company you are now with & whether they are hiring right now.

Leasa-You sound like you are brutally honest & I can appreciate those who are like myself-thank you so much for coming to this site & voicing your opinions, as I am sure you have saved me from any further guilt & despair due to this company's lack of morals.

Honestly, I was only looking up the NHCD site this evening to try & get more information on the disbursement of Nature's Beauty Bar as a way to supplement my income & I just so happened to stumble upon this site. Coincidence? I think not.

I don't know what to do now, all I know is I have to find another Work-at-home-job really soon, as the baby food/diapers/etc. shall soon run out & I cannot afford to pay childcare expenses & get any other type of job with the lousy check(s) I will get for a total of 7 leads @ $6./lead.

If either one of you two women or anyone else gets this message & has some helpful or useful information, please let me know-I will be checking back here on this site frequently to see a response to my submission. Thanks so very much. Sincerely.

Ill back up Rhonda 100%. It takes alot of courage for some one to walk away from a senior manager position.

AUTHOR: C - (U.S.A.)

Ill back up Rhonda 100% on all she says and let me tell you why. NHCD is one heck of a set of scam artists however I for one personally know how well Rhonda was with NHCD and how hard she worked and what a awesome manager she was and how much money she made and how the contests work.

How do I know this? I was on Rhondas team up until she quit and when she called me to tell me she quit I literally cried and screamed "NO". Im sure you know who I am by now Rhonda.

It takes alot of courage for some one to walk away from a senior manager position. She wasnt fired not one but, she walked away because she like so many people lack has class and morals. Which is why I walked away not too long after i got my management position.

My mother had aheart attack and then i was in a severe car accident and my husband got millions of phone calls from tons of people while i was gone about my absence and he informed them of the situation and they were rude and mean and i was unable to call anyone because i actually still can not speak on the phone, my jaw is wired shut from shattering it.

I actually just got out of the hospital 2 days ago and I still can not go home because my husband is in iraq and no one there to care for me so i am stuck with my looney sister and lost all of my animals to the humane society back home when they found i could no longer care for my shelter they took my shelter kids and my own personal animals and all NHCD could do was harass my husband and then my sister about my not working.

I though wtf and then i was informed of a bunch of changes like the matrix company and the 15 dollar fee and then oh yes lets not forget the fact that if the sales reps do not do their job and make a sale then you can actually lose your job. how pathetic.

Rhonda use to work from 9am till about 3am everyday, how do i know this becaus elike rhonda i use to be so ambitious and stead fast and work alot and home school and at 2am my time and 3 am her time i was actually still talking to her on the computer.

and yes she was still working. worked her booty off for her team and yes we were top producing for as long as she was the manager and we won so many contests but hey lets not forget we werent only the top producing we were also the SMALLEST. any company that wants your soul and your conscience along with your money as far as i am concerned is a scam. also let me point this one last thing out you think people that this plan helps the elderly people you call? think again, my grandmother bought the plan and when she went to use it she paid 7 dollars more for her lithium than she did with no card at all.

Im sorry but that is sad and when my grandmother tried to get her money back they told her she couldnt because her 45 day trial period was not over and she had to try it for a full 45 days so she called back on day 45 and they told her no im sorry we cant refund your money because you would have had to do it before today. so she got real screwed and was out 100 bucks.

By the way i apologize for all the bad spelling and grammar and stuff but on all this medicine and only having 3 fingers to type with you can get a bit sloppy but hey i am just happy to be able to be on my lap top once again and be able to communicate with out trying to operate a pencil with 3 fingers.

Back off before you get burned

AUTHOR: R - (U.S.A.)

Hi Georgette - I, like Leasa, was not fired from the company, but left of my own free will. I was actually the first major manager in the company to walk away from it back in December. You can read all my posts on here and see why I left and decide for yourself. But know this - if it is a LEGIT work at home company, you won't have to pay a dime out of your pocket. NHCD is going to get you with Matrix fees, and Matrix seems to be messing up everyone's bills and charging them way over what they tell them, and from your post, I don't believe you can afford to have that happen to you. And if it would happen to you, don't expect NHCD to back you up. They will tell you there is nothing that can be done.

There are a lot of nice people at NHCD, so I understand why part of you wants to believe what the nice recruiter told you. But be careful, because they are only nice to you 90% of the time so they can get you as a hire and collect their commission on you signing up, just as you would learn if you went into recruiting. In leads, you could sit and make 300 calls and not get 1 single lead. They want you to believe that out of every 100 calls you will get 4 leads, but that isn't the way it goes. Most days, most reps end with 1-2 leads for all the time they put in. If you make up leads to get the cash, they will just get returned and you will get deactivated for returns and each return your paycheck will have the amount deducted from it, so you could end up with a negative balance. The phone numbers NHCD assigns to their reps are so overused that they literally suck. No one wants to listen to you and 20% of those people will tell you someone already called and they said they weren't interested.

Also, I don't know what NHCD would now do if you called someone who is on the do not call list since you are using your own long distance and that person's number will show on your bill and not NHCD's. If that person presses the issue that they are on the do not call list, you could end up being fined $10,000 for each instance. NHCD will tell you they screen their numbers, which they do, but there are always some people showing up on the lists they give you that are on the do not call list. I'm not sure NHCD would foot that bill...I believe they would cut you loose because the record of that phone call is on your bill, holding you liable.

See, NHCD is a company that is all about charging people for things that can be done for free. You could call Matrix up yourself and get their unlimited long distance plan at the same monthly price and not have to pay the fee NHCD charges. The phone calls that you are making to senior citizens for the prescription discount card is something the seniors can get for free, but NHCD doesn't want you to know that. NHCD makes $100 off of each sale on something your mother, or grandmother could get for free. Doesn't seem fair, does it? And the dental? Having thier useless dental card is just like walking into a dentist and telling them you are going to pay cash. You will get the same discounted rate that the NHCD dental 'plan' would get you. And that costs hard working people OVER $100 a year. And NHCD knows this, so you think maybe they would tell the people they are signing up that this is a one time fee for paperwork processing, but they charge these people EVERY SINGLE YEAR for a free plan. It's just not the kind of company you want to get involved in.

If you don't mind shelling out a few bucks for a one time fee, there is a listing on Ebay for $8.95 that you can purchase that lists real, legitimate work at home companies. There are a ton of them and it's a lot to go through, but that's what I suggest. The company I work for that is 100% legitimate is listed in there. Surprise, surprise, NHCD is NOT.

For Georgette, steer clear of NHCD, reguardless of how heroic they make themselves out to be.

AUTHOR: Leasa - (U.S.A.)

Hi Georgette

I am sorry to hear about your situation and I hope things turn around for you.

As I stated in my posts, I left the company on my own, surprising everyone that I worked with, I did not get fired. So I am not a disgruntled employee who got fired and wants to whine about it. I left and am here telling people why I left.

I can tell you that based on the comments you made in your post that you already know what your decision in. First, you and your husband havent worked in a year, you have no money to GIVE to NHCD to work for them. Second of all, you are on the verge of losing your house, it will be at least 2-4 weeks before you see a paycheck and thats only if everything with Matrix and training goes perfect and there are no delays. You will lose your house before you make enough money to even cover the $50 you had to pay them to work.

Your recruiter was nice huh? Explained the company to you just as she was taught. NHCD is wonderful, will help you achieve your dream of working at home, best thing since sliced bread. Now, that woman that interviewed you probably mumbled a few choice words when you told her that you needed to research it or think about it. Knowing that if you dont hire someone on the first call, you probably wont hire them at all. The reason being that you now have a chance to research it and find out the truth. You have time to sit and think about this "Too good to be true" situation and realize that you are right.

You stated enough information to tell me that you dont need to be involved with NHCD for your benefit. You have never dont telemarketing, so you will most likely fail the entry level section, which will get you tossed into recruiting or fired. But it wont earn you a paycheck. I wish you luck as you continue to look for something that will help you and not drive you further into debt. My advice is to steer clear of NHCD, reguardless of how heroic they make themselves out to be. The only person they save is the owner and the upper management. My name is Leasa Wenninger. If you put my first and last name together and use yahoo, you can contact me.

Plain and Simple

AUTHOR: Leasa - (U.S.A.)

To anyone considering NHCD as a full or part time work at home career. Do what you feel is best for your current situation. But remember, do your research, check with the BBB. If they are not listed or have a bad reputation, think about why that is. Contact people that have posted here that say they work for them or have worked for them. Dont let a recruiter bully you or sweet talk you out of your money to make them money. That recruiter doesnt care about you, they only care about getting that $7 commission off you when you say yes and hand over a credit card. You are a statistic to them, not a person. They are required to hire 4 our of 10 people they interview, they dont care if you have an IQ of 20, as long as you have a credit card.

#33 Consumer Suggestion

I am being Solicited & I need help!

AUTHOR: Georgette - (U.S.A.)

I have read through this site and I am so confused. I had been contacted by phone by a very nice woman who told me fabulous things about working for NHCD. She had me talked into getting into this business since I lost my job and I am having a difficult time finding work. I decided to go to a search engine and type in the company name and when I did I saw several sites and this is the one I clicked on expecting to read about how wonderful this company is.

Now I'm reading all these horror stories and I don't know who to believe. The person who called me sounded very legit and sincere. I despreratly need a job. Both my husband and I lost our jobs within a year of each other. I haven't worked in over a year and he had one job which he lost after two weeks and hasn't had a real job in over two years.

It's looking very grim for us and we're about to loose our home. So you can see why I got all excited when I got the call from the recruiter. Is this web site for real? I have never done any work from home nor have a done any telemarketing of any sort so I'm in the dark about the business.

This is my first exposure to the work at home field and now I don't know if any of it is legit. Any one who can give me some advice would be doing me a personal favor. Are you guys all disgruntled employees who got fired? Please be honest. I had worked in sales for 17 years before loosing my job and I'm very familiar with high pressured sales and part of my wage was commissioned. I don't want to lie and rip off people.

I so sick of talking people into what they don't want or need just to make a buck. This recruiter made it sound as if I would be doing sick people a huge favor by offering them a large discount in drugs that they are already using and paying too much for. It sounded so mercinary. Like I'd be involved in some heroic, honerable work. If anyone who did not get fired but quit on their own volition can shed some light here I'd be grateful.

Thanks,

Since you think I don't respond

AUTHOR: R - (U.S.A.)

Bear with me, Dean. Some of us don't have all the time in the world to sit down and answer all your questions. Some of us actually work more than 25 hours a week, and we also have lives that we need to attend to. If you must know, my husband and I went grocery shopping earlier which is why I couldn't post a longer message. As for calling me rude, you don't know me, so don't pretend you know what I am like. I am actually a well liked person and every single one of my reps were upset when I left because I worked with them so well, which is why I was the top producing team at the time.

Please clarify this for me as well - you're not comparing yourself to a man like John Travolta are you?

As to your bigwigs comment, I didn't say why don't bigwigs post about Qwest. I didn't bring up Qwest and bigwigs in the same sentence ever. I just made mention of the fact that bigwigs never refute anything said on this website because they know if it comes down to it anything they say will be proven incorrect by someone because they are not a legit company. They are in business from ripping clueless people off.

And by the way, you once stated "My back and fourth banter with you people has caught the attention of senior managment, i'm not sure that nhcd appreciates what i'm doing as far as telling it the way that it is...so i'm not going to post any new replies" So if that is the case, why are you still posting? What senior managers attention was caught by you posting?

As for this comment I made on another post:

Also, being on Tonia's gold team and making the amount of money you are making, you are undoubtedly making dental calls to small businesses which requires less information for you to get from the consumer as compared to the majority of the reps calling senior citizens.

First of all, never once did I say anything disparaging about Tonia, I only mentioned her name. Second of all, the way I know you are on her team is because I only quit the last week in December, which means the manager reports we get had you listed on it with your manager's name. The reason I know you were on dental was because the gold team is very nearly the only color team that does dental leads. Another clue was the number of leads you get every week. That doesn't happen for people dialing senior numbers, so consider yourself lucky you were hired by a gold recruiter.

Since you are making so much money, ask your manager what your percentages are - both returns and sales percentage. Returns percentage should not be above 19% or you are on warning, and sales percentage should be above 5% or you are on warning. If you have a return percentage 19 or below AND a sales percentage of 6% or above, then you are a good rep, getting the required number of sales vs leads you are producing, and keeping your returns down. I'd be interested in knowing what your percentages are.

How I get my information as you put it was answered earlier by me when I stated my last day with the company was the last week of December. I am no longer in management or affiliated with NHCD in any way, so I don't know what you are accusing me of. Are you trying to say I am still a manager with NHCD?

I am also not a manager with my new company as well, nor do I get paid by the hour. I actually get paid by the minute and get some commission. I personally love what I do, and would never ever go back to NHCD, because now I am not ripping people off. I work for a company that processes orders for one of the shopping networks. However, if you average out my pay by the hour, I make anywhere between $12-18/hr depending on how busy the hour is. My two week period for that time frame was $916.36, since you questioned my paycheck.

As for the five calls you made, you say you called ones in your area. Unfortunately when I got to the WFHP website, I don't see any dental providers listed that are in Mowrystown. Did you even bother to call people that were listed as providers with NHCD? Let me know, I am curious because I also called 5 and got the information that what cash customers pay is the same that is listed on the Careington fee schedule also on the WFHP site. If you don't know where that is on the site because sometimes it can be difficult to find, let me know and I will tell you how to get there.

I don't think I am hiding anything, and I don't know where you get that from. I would love to know. What am I hiding. Because I don't have the time to jump and reply to refute everything coming out of your mouth the minute that it posts, is that why you think I am 'hiding' something? You better have something to back you up before you make such harsh comments about something. So tell me please Dean, what am I hiding?

Just like Leasa said, we can go back and forth forever like this. Nothing you are saying is changing anyone's mind that comes here. If someone researchs NHCD on here, they will never take the job. There are way too many TRUE negative posts on here that well outweight the few positive from the 'NHCD happy representative' that comes along every once in awhile. Most of the posts on here are from former managers who knows how everything is actually run. That should tell you something. When I left, I walked away from paychecks of $700+ because I could no longer stand to rip someone off and get treated like crap from higher management.

Neither Leasa or I said NHCD would not pay you, we just said that NHCD is ripping people off on their plans that they are charging for that the customers could get for free. Basically what that means is that NHCD has no morals. It's very easy to sit back as a manager and let your team earn your money for you, but there is a line to be drawn. And I decided not to continue to cross that line, even when I was making so much money because making that much money was not worth knowing seniors were getting ripped off so I could get my money.

Did you have a point Dean?

AUTHOR: Leasa - (U.S.A.)

You went on and on about how much those 5 dentist would charge for the services if you paid cash. Are we supposed to just pull the NHCD fee out of the air? You are the dental person, you tell us what it would cost at those same dentists if you used the Carrington Plan. I have never used NHCDs plans, dental or RX so I dont know the prices.

And as far as Rhonda knowing that you were on Tonias team and were doing business dental leads. I cant answer that, but I can tell you that she wasnt with the Gold team. So if someone from the company is willing to tell someone NOT with the company anymore that you are on the gold team, manager is Tonia and you do business dental leads, can you really trust them to keep anything else to themselves? Have you wondered what else we know about you that we havent said? Your personal info with the company wasnt so personal after all was it? Do you feel bad that you set these dental leads up to give personal info to the company? What is happening with their personal info if yours, as an employee, is given out so freely? Wonder if NHCD makes extra income from selling to third party? Not saying that they do, just a thought.

I read back over your posts and I couldnt help but laugh. You keep going on and on about how we called you stupid and that was wrong wrong wrong and we are just rude and angry. I would like to quote you here, pay attention:

I'm not recruiting because......

"It was to time consuming, I got to many "well let me think about". I'm offering you a great position and a great phone plan...whats there to think about stupid?????? Anyway, in leads it's turn and burn! It's quick, no paper work and no call backs to make."

Dean - Mowrystown, Ohio

U.S.A.

So apparently its ok for you to call people stupid who decided against NHCD or wanted to think about it? Please dont cast stones while you are still living in your little glass house. My complaint again, since you seem to avoid it and change the subject, is SCAMMING people out of money to pay YOU! This a pyramid scam with a great cover up.

This is how the recruiting department works. You as a rep, call people who applied to the company. You give them 1 option, switch to Matrix and pay the "fee". They have 2 choices, claim to have a business plan or pay the "fee". YOU as the recruiter, cannot hire this person unless they pay the "fee" or provide written proof from their phone company that they have a legitimate business plan and it gets approved. So basically, the fee and the Matrix service is "required" in order to work with us. So, you get someone desperate enough to want to stay home with their kids and still contribute to the household. Remember, you told them that part time average earnings are $150 to $400 a week. You hire them! You get $7 for taking their money and setting them up with Matrix. Or you get $1 if the person proved they had a business account (same amount of work BUT since NHCD didnt make a dime off the new hire in fees and overrides, they cant afford to pay you the full $7, you get a $1 just so you arent completely offended. Now, your manager gets $2.50 for that hire, just because they are above you. The Senior manager also gets commission off of that, in addition to bonuses if the whole team hit a goal and in addition to a commission off of the managers hires that are underneath her.

See the pyramid forming there? Let me break this down a little more for you Dean. The recruiting department was doing roughly 500 hires a week. Put 100 of them as business hires, that $100 for reps and a good $500 in overrides for the managers. 400 Matrix hires at $7 each is $2800 for the reps and $2000 in manager overrides. Totaling $5400 in commission alone on 500 hires a week. Toss in the daily bonus money and NHCD is shelling out roughly $6000 a week for recruiting commission payroll, not even counting senior manager base pay. Thats JUST recruiting, not even talking about leads and sales commission and base pays and bonuses. Where do you think NHCD gets their money? Should we talk about the $20,000 a month for advertising? Do you honestly believe that the sales department brings in over $100,000 a month to cover ALL of NHCDs obligations? No, they dont, which is why they ask for a fee to start working, so they can pay the recruiter that hired them. NHCD makes money a few different ways.

1. FEES from new hires, now up to $49.99 the last I heard.

2. Profits from selling the "FREE" RX program, from selling the Dental program and from selling soap. Yes, I said soap. It cleans your ass, its soap, not a facial bar, get over it.

3. Profits from the kickback they get from Matrix for setting them up with long distance.

The more YOU do, the more money the upper people make. NHCD just puts enough twist into it to keep most people from catching on.

I dont care if you stay or go Dean, I really dont. I dont care if NHCD goes out of business in a week or 10 years. I am only trying to do what I feel is right. I scammed people out of money to work from home for years and I am now just trying to save a few people. So go earn your paycheck Dean, I am happy that you are doing good, thats awesome. I may not make as much as you do weekly and I work part time like you do. The diffrence is that its an honest living, thats what is most important now. Its people like you that keep pushing and pushing how great NHCD is that causes people like me to gather up old emails and information saved and join the class action suit against NHCD and prove you wrong. I am sure that will sit well with your managers.

Have a good evening.

DENTIST TEST RESULTS...FOR YOU R AND LEASA

AUTHOR: Dean - (U.S.A.)

Try calling some of the dentists yourself and you will see. Of course you won't admit it because then you would have egg on your face, but maybe it would make you realize some things about the company you work for.

I called 5 dentist in my area and posed this question- I need a root canal on the 5th tooth back, my dentist says it will save the tooth but I think his rates are too high. May I get a discount for paying in full and in cash?

#1 500 to 735 maybe 10%

#2 500 to 720 nothing like that i can offer you

#3 605 to 750 5% discount

#4 450 no discount senoirs 15% discount

#5 575 "no"

So there ya have it Rhonda, now how much do you think a person with the plan will pay for a root canal with a dentists on the list? These type of health care discount plans have been featured on 20/20. But on the (must get back at nhcd Rhonda & Leasa show they are a scam) lol.

Rhonda, you never answered how you knew my manager and how you knew that I was in business dental....you know I could have been in residential. Are "you" hiding something? As far as the 608, thats a two week check right? The only people that are making that kind of money working from home are nhcd managers. You really can't be making that on an hourly wage from home....I know that you think i'm stupid but really now....seriously???

Rhonda just decides to ignore the questions that she wants to hide the answers too. Now you tell me who is legit?? Can a person who is not up front with you be trusted?? No I don't think so.

I'll respond more when I am able to sit down and fully respond to everything, but who ever said the root canal was going to be 50% of. You need to go to the dental portion of the site and look up the fee schedule for that particular dentist to see what the percentage off is, it's not going to always be 30% or 50%. You also need to make sure you care calling dentists that are providers under the plan. Do your research before you call.

Rhonda good for you if you are making 6 bills a week! What is the name of that company?? You must make a nice hourly rate 15.00 an hour (see when it comes to money my math is right on.)That amount sounds like manager pay.

Dean, I feel sorry for you

AUTHOR: Leasa - (U.S.A.)

I have absolutely nothing better to do than keep pushing my opinion of NHCD to anyone that cares to listen. So we can do this all day long for weeks. I may get bored with saying the same crap over and over again, but if I save a few people from being taken advantage of, then I feel good. Even if I have to piss a few people off in the process.

First of all, I read back through the posts, not a single time did Rhonda state your managers name. Do you just make this up as you go along so you can hear yourself talk? You would get along great with the bigwigs at NHCD, you should call them.

"leasa, blaming nhcd for qwest legal problems is an all time low even for you! Please don't blurt out things that you can't back up....it's rude!

As far as why the bigwigs don't post.....do you really rhink they have time for sillieness like the qwest comment?"

All time low, even for me? Rude? Do you know me that well Dean from a weeks worth of banter? I stole money from the elderly for a free RX program and scammed $79 from hundreds of people to set them up to steal money from the elderly. Hows that for rude? That was my all time low, right down there with you. That, my friend, is the message I am trying to get across to you and everyone else.

I never once said you were stupid. Dont put words into my mouth because I will spit them back hard. So you can stop trying to gain attention by making crap up.

Now, let me make sure you understand this fully. I am happy that you enjoy your job with NHCD, I am glad that you are making money, thats what we all "joined" NHCD for. Keep up the awesome work and sleep good at night and cash those checks on Monday. A few people that are good at telemarketing and post here helps the company, they wont tell you to stop anytime soon. So please dont think that I think my job is better. We all have diffrent levels of tolerance. I dont work from home to pay my house payment or groceries or put gas in my car. I work from home so that I am not bored. So $9 an hour for part time work at home, at my pace, on my schedule is great for me.

You will notice that a lot of the posting about NHCD are from previous managers. Ever wonder why? Maybe its because we hear and see the things you dont as just a rep. Take a management position Dean, your opinion will change real quick.

My whole point of NHCD is not that they dont pay reps, I never said that. Its that they pay you to rip people off, plain and simple. How would you feel if your mother went out to take a walk and smell the roses and she got a bill for $20? Why on earth should she pay for something that is free? You would be angry, wouldnt you? The RX program is free, and the dental plan is equal to the cash plan at any dentist, again, no cost. So you can sit and hold yourself above the rest because you think doing dental makes it ok, its not scamming old folks. But in reality, when that old man gets the call from the sales rep, they will push the RX program on them also. You set that up, that old man just got conned out of $100 for a free service! So no Dean, working dental leads doesnt make you any diffrent, just makes you the longer route to the money.

So, one last time. Dont pretend to know me, you never spoke with me while I was with NHCD, you only know what I have spoken here. Get over yourself and go back to getting your $4 per potential scam. I will continue to post about NHCD, they suck, they rip people off and they tiptoe around ethics to make money.

And Dean, just so you know a little about me for the next time you want to speak like you know me. I am a cancer survivor, I am married 11 years now, have young school age kids, my husband is military. This is why I work from home, not for a huge paycheck, but for peace of mind that I am here if my kids are sick and I am here full time to be both mother and father of the house 6 months out of the year while my husband is away defending Grants right to steal from people as well as my right to have an opinion about it.

You are the new NHCD spokesperson, they get a new one every 6 months. But thats because they only get 1 happy rep that makes money that often. You are free to rant about how great NHCD is and how bad of a person I am, thats fine. I dont care. As long as my voice is heard by a few people and it stops them from applying, thats all I care about. If I piss off a few people in the process, thats just icing on the cake at this point. Have a good day and I look forward to the next little banter session. Rhonda and I are having a ball. Oh, and I dont know who your leads manager is, but if she is gone Monday, dont worry, she is working with us now. I have made a good impression and made a name for myself, and I get a few calls a week from managers that knew me, all have left NHCD and followed the rest of us.

To those reading this string

AUTHOR: Dean - (U.S.A.)

As R and leasa pointed out I'm not the brightest crayon in the box. Never one time have I said that I'm smarter than either one of them. Did you know that john travolta is a high school drop out? Now he owns jets and has a runway in his back yard! He got there by his motivation and talent not book smarts.

To those reading this string, think about it... if someone of my intelect can make 364 in one week working less than 25 hours then what do you think you can make??

I think this is a perfect example of how anybody thats willing to work can make a really good living with nhcd. If you're motivated the sky's the limit. Or be an order taker for an hourly wage, the choice is yours. If you want proof of what i'm saying is true go to www.workfromhomeparents.com click at top on leads then when that screen pops up go to the left towards the bottom to reprsentative of the week. Scrool down past managers pay (which is very nice also) then go on down and look for dean f.....you'll rarely find me under 200.

As Leasa and R pointed out i'm lazy....if I did work 5 hours a day I'd be 400 or close every week. But I don't work a lot...don't need to. I worked my butt off and risked my life on a daily basis as a cab owner...I'm a little tired. This week I took monday off and worked two hours tues. I'll still be at 200 for the week though.

It's not how long or much that you work it's how motivated you are when you hit the phone.

So,let me say that all the put downs really doesn't bother me as long as I get my check every week...which I do.

leasa, blaming nhcd for qwest legal problems is an all time low even for you! Please don't blurt out things that you can't back up....it's rude!

As far as why the bigwigs don't post.....do you really rhink they have time for sillieness like the qwest comment?

R, last word is for you...since I like you best! I'm going to call 5 dentist tomorrow and ask them the price of a root canal...then ask them if I can get a 50% discount for cash payment. I'll post the honest results of my findings.

If you're right in what you said I don't think I'll go running to a 9 an hour job but it will be interesting to find out. Look for the results after tomorrow night R.

R, in a past post you rudely mentioned my managers name (but that's just your personality to do rude things like that) What I wanted to know was how did you know that I was in dental and the name of my manager?? The nice lady who is my manager should not be mentioned in these post....she doesn't post here and has nothing to do with me posting. Please don't name drop. You may add and spell better than I do but your professional manners could use a little improving! Well take care R and Leasa!

HaHa ..Ask your manager if NHCD switching to Matrix all of the sudden had anything to do with Qwests big wigs being busted for money laundering?

AUTHOR: Leasa - (U.S.A.)

This would be a great time to express my emotions! I am literally this close to falling out of my chair and rolling around on my clean floor with feverish fits of laughter. I say clean floors because now I have time to actually do housework.

Hey Dean, as Rhonda said, the RX and the Dental programs are free, yet the company charges people who dont know any better $100 or more a year. Is that ok with you? If it is, you should do great with the company. And based on the fact that you already stated that you are a lazy ass, NHCD is a gold mine for you. Just call people, talk them out of their time and money and get that $4! You dont even have to get outta bed Dean, its a dead end job that you can do from the bathroom if needed.

Ask your manager if NHCD switching to Matrix all of the sudden had anything to do with Qwests big wigs being busted for money laundering? Nice huh? Except they didnt have these issues until NHCD started doing Business with them. Wonder how long until NHCD switches to another little company and they get busted too.

You made a comment about the company offering a 1099 or a W2 status being a good thing. You do realize that they keep NOONE that chooses W2 status? They bully them into switching to 1099 or they fire them. Do you want to know the reason they offer the W2 option? Here is a hint, its not to help people. They offer a W2 status so that they can advertise with companys that wouldnt allow them before, allowing them to reach more unknowing people. Plain and simple. Dont give the company credit they dont deserve, they were looking to line Grants pockets a little more.

So you just keep doing what you are doing, I will do what I am doing and we will see who is still employed in 6 months. And let me clarify that for you so that you arent confused, thats August 20th, 2005. Happy 2 month anniversary thoug. If you exaggerate the amount of time you are with them, you exaggerate how much you actually make. And keep posting Dean, this is fun and it allows us to keep pointing out crap that we missed before so people who are checking out NHCD as a potential job. You are making our goal easier to reach. Kudos to you!

And one last thing Dean. I am angry. You will never understand why as long as you are with NHCD, but I am. When you wise up and run away fast, you will be angry too, I can promise you that. And when you do, feel free to contact me. I have comforted many many people about NHCD, whats one more?

And to the lady that asked if my current company was hiring, not at the moment, but I will let you know when they start looking again. They dont hire continuously like NHCD, they actually have people who work and dont need to replace 100 dead beats daily who wise up and quit or never get started after realizing they just got scammed. And hiring on with our company doesnt benefit them monetarily. So they dont hire any Tom, Dick or Dean that is willing to kiss their ass.

Hate To Burst Your Bubble Dean

AUTHOR: R - (U.S.A.)

Hate to burst your bubble Dean, but your comment about the dental program being legit is dead wrong.

In my first few months with NHCD, my husband had just changed jobs and lost his benefits, and I had to go to the dentist.

This was before NHCD gave their dental plan away for free to their employees, so I shelled out $99 for the dental plan so I would have some kind of coverage.

I called quite a few dentists in my area and told them about the plan I had, and they told me that it wasn't that great of a plan because the discounts I got with the NHCD plan were the same as if I had no plan and was paying cash.

So I basically threw away $99 for nothing. I could have just gone to the dentist and paid cash and gotten the same rates.

Try calling some of the dentists yourself and you will see. Of course you won't admit it because then you would have egg on your face, but maybe it would make you realize some things about the company you work for.

Do you ever wonder why NHCD tells their employees that their rx and dental plans that they give to you for free are for your LIFETIME, not just while you are employed there?

Because they are not losing any money on you. Dental is the same as paying cash so you wouldn't need it, and the rx plan (just as Leasa said) is something that the seniors could also get for free instead of paying NHCD.

Think about that...the company is making money off of gullible people who don't know any better.

Hope you can sleep at night by setting people up to get their hard earned money stolen from them when the sales rep calls back.

Kudos to Leasa for putting up with the 36 year old, always been an independent contractor, but still can't spell, jerk for so long.

Have you ever wondered Dean, if maybe that is why you have been an independent contractor for so long, because when potential employers see your resume, they recycle it instead of actually trying to read it?

With all the money you are making from NHCD, I wouldn't think it would be too much of a hardship for you to purchase a spell checker. Newsflash - most programs even come with a FREE spell checker.

Leasa tried to take you up on your offer for your bet, but conveniently you were nowhere to be found because you knew you were having a low week that week, and you were the one who made the bet in the first place.

And then to try and shove it back on Leasa? Why don't you try being a man for once and accepting responsibility for something you avoided?

Leasa accepted your challenge on 2/12, plenty of time for it to begin on 2/14 like it was supposed to. You wouldn't have had to ask the question of when she accepted if you had read through her posts and actually looked at the date on them.

Leasa is not an angry person at all, she's actually a very nice person and I am almost positive that now she is free of NHCD like I am, she has gotten to live her life again and is completely happy.

Dean have you asked yourself why more than 7 managers have left NHCD in the past one or two months? Are you saying none of those managers knew how to work, because if that is the reason you give, you are dead wrong.

When you are a manager, you practically sign your life away to them. A lot of these managers had been with the company for years, but wanted out when they started changing and ripping even more people off, so we've left.

Now we work for legitimate companies, not companies that are involved in lawsuits or had been sued by AOL and actually lost because of spamming people.

Whether we take it down to the bottom dollar or not, we are actually working for companies that aren't in the business of scamming people out of their money which means we can sleep at night. Just by saying some of the things you do, I have to question your morality.

And in closing, I won't wish you a happy third month with NHCD because as I've seen you can't spell, neither can you count, unless you count halves as whole, which in my school, wasn't the way we were taught.

If your first day was Dec 17, then you have been with them just a few days over 2 months. Follow along here - December 17 to January 17 is 1 month, and January 17 - February 17 is 2 months. And today is February 20. If three days equals another month, I'd love to know what school you graduated from...

Leasa I started in the rx dept but soon after my start my manager went to dental. So, I'm in dental not rx. I don't know much about rx but the dental plan is legit.

I need to correct you on two things, # 1 if I work 25 hours or better (which i've never tried better) I can make 350 to 400 a week, not 200 as you said. #2 I've been with the company since dec 17th...are you going to wish me a happy 3rd month anv leasa??

Leasa I didn't check on here for rebuttals, when did you send your acceptance of my challenge? It couldn't have been very far in advance. You think I'm out to cheat somebody and I am not, the reason that I want notice is so that I can get my lazy butt out of bed at 830 and motivate myself to work 5 hours a day. An example of how I work is this: friday i worked 2 hours and got 11 leads and then I took a nap..lol...i slept to late to get back on the phone. Thank god you backed out.........since I had not known about a bet being on I had a very lazy week. I worked about 13 hours this week lol..terrible I know. Made a couple hundred dollars though.

Leasa, you sound like a very angry person, I hope that everything gets better for you I really do. It's been nice chatting with you and if you should ever decide to wager just drop me a line at my email on a sunday. And if you're lucky you'll catch me on a lazy week.

I'm not nhcd's spokesman, I'm simply a work from home lead generator who is making a pretty good living for the hours that I work. And I am in no way speaking on behalf of nhcd, I'm simply speaking the truth as I've experienced it as a 1099 private contractor employee. Believe me, if the truth was negative on nhcd I'd tell that truth also. I have a bad habit of speaking my mind, I apologize if anyone has takin offence.

Let me correct you Dean. I left the company on my own when they decided to start screwing people out of money again. So you stand corrected.

AUTHOR: Leasa - (U.S.A.)

First of all, I didnt fail with the company. Failing is getting fired or leaving due to not having what it takes to do the job. I was with the company for 3 years, had 7 managers and outlasted the best of the best. I left the company on my own when they decided to start screwing people out of money again. So you stand corrected.

And I didnt back out, the bet was for this past week, you had plenty of notice and you didnt step up to the plate. I dont intend to keep proving NHCD to be a waste of time forever simply because I get tired of it.

And for your comments about knowing me and how I work, get over yourself, you have no clue. Pull your head out of NHCDs A** and see reality. You are calling people, setting them up for a RX program that the company will charge them $9 a month for. You are aware that this program is FREE to NHCD? You are aware that all NHCD does is process the paperwork for these people and send cards to them? Its like selling hotmail or yahoo email accounts to the stupid folk. They dont know its free, why not charge them $10 a month to get it from you?

So, while you are making $200 or $300 a week ripping off old folks who cant afford to put food on their tables, I am making $9 an hour doing follow up service calls for GE and IBM. I provide a legitimate service, you steal from the elderly. I dont see where you cant understand this. Maybe you need a new yahoo account. I have one for you for $10 a month, your email address will be letmescrewyouover@yahoo.com. Let me know when the check is in the mail so that I can file your paperwork.

Dont pretend to know NHCD when you have been with them 6 weeks. You know what they allow you to know buddy, and it aint pretty when you start seeing the truth.

Leasa it's easy to talk trash but I offered you a chance to prove your case, you did not.

By the way, I wasn't going to take your money. I feel sorry for you that the most you can make is $9 an hour. I'd have to go back to my fast food days to remember a wage so low. I have been 1099 for 20 years or better. I was 1099 when I telemarketed at the early age of 18 years old. At that job I had worked 3 days and friday was handed over 300 cash money! I said well goodbye to wage work!!lol You got to keep in mind this was 1988 when 3.35 was min and 5 an hour was good money..lol...good money yeah right.

Here's the deal, when you're hungry and greedy as I am then you will not settle for what a company "wants" to pay you. I work to make myself money not some multi million dollar company.

But I knew...I mean I knew.....that you would back out and put the blame on me!!lol That's the way you work and I seen it comin'.

Ok so, any real takers for this challenge??

As far as not posting anymore, lol...I'm having to much fun!! Unless told by high managment not to post my expression of THE TRUTH will continue!

So that I'll get your challenge in A timely manner please email......rep4phone@yahoo.com

Leasa, you said it was for this week?? I've got 43 so eventhough i didn't know the bet was for this week you still got a deal if you want it! Me getting 14 leads is a piece of cake! I still need to know the wager though.

Sorry Dean, Please dont think that anyone, especially me, was gonna fall for that.

AUTHOR: Leasa - (U.S.A.)

Dean, 2 things are going to make me decline your offer of this cute little contest.

First one is this comment:

"If all i have to do is top 225 for 25 hours worked then no prob. I'll win the bet before i get to 25 hours prob. You might see in the up coming futer that my leads and pay are down.......i've been staying up late and not dialing near what i should........i blame myself not nhcd."

Already making excuses and the bet was to start this past monday, its now Friday morning. My agreement was for this week, not for you to wait until you knew you had the extra time to put in.

Second reason is this:

"My back and fourth banter with you people has caught the attention of senior managment, i'm not sure that nhcd appreciates what i'm doing as far as telling it the way that it is...so i'm not going to post any new replies after we get our bet straight."

While I couldnt care less about NCHD or you for that matter, I wont cost you your little job. Truse me when I say that if you take this bet with me and continue to go back and forth with me, you will lose it. Go back and read all of NHCD post for the past 3 years, you will see me posting all of twice before I left. Needless to say, I got my a** reamed both times that I did post. They dont want you pointing out what you think is good with the "rose colored glasses" on because they know one of us will come back and point out the facts and set people straight. You dont see it now Dean, but bless your heart, you will in the near future.

Oh, and by the way, the server shows your "paycheck" bonuses included, not just the lead portion. Please dont think that anyone, especially me, was gonna fall for that. Its how they make the top producers sound so good. $200 in bonuses makes a nice paycheck.

$225? on a lazy week i can beat that

AUTHOR: Dean - (U.S.A.)

First off i need to know what the wager is. I was raised as an honeast person so i promise you that i wont include bonus money. I never ever ever ever work longer than 5 hours in a day. You better think this over though. I'll give you an example of my lead work...........todays been a tough day, i've worked 2 hours and only have 9 leads. i have one return...thats so far only 4 leads per hour. but 2.2 leads and hour???? piece of cake!!!

If all i have to do is top 225 for 25 hours worked then no prob. I'll win the bet before i get to 25 hours prob. You might see in the up coming futer that my leads and pay are down.......i've been staying up late and not dialing near what i should........i blame myself not nhcd.

I don't remember your name but i'm ready, just tell me the wager and the starting date of the bet.

My back and fourth banter with you people has caught the attention of senior managment, i'm not sure that nhcd appreciates what i'm doing as far as telling it the way that it is...so i'm not going to post any new replies after we get our bet straight.

Sales type work isn't for everybody....hell i'm no machanic or house builder....i'm just saying that with a positive attitude and the right experience or training this is a real job for a telemarketing savey person.

Let me know bout that bet! As far as my pay and contest money you know that you can look on the site for that info, as far as the hours go....You'll just have to trust that i dont dial more than 5 hours a day...for the most part i work 2 to 4 hours a day. But hell to even the playing field i'll count the time it takes to enter them too. If i lose I'll pay up.........I'm a man of my word....just tell me the start date of the monday that you want to start this....and as they say...........IT'S OOOONNNNNNNNNNN GIRLFRIEND!!!!!!!

Alright Dean, you have a deal, my hourly pay to work at home against your commission for each lead. No Bonuses allowed as this is what you make per hour. I make $9 working from home on behalf of GE and IBM. I work a minimum of 20 hours, maximum is 40 hours. I have scheduled 25 hours next week. Thats $225 for me. So From Monday to Friday from 9-2 EST, you need to produce 56.25 leads.

Thats 2.25 leads per hour, every hour for 5 hours a day, 5 days straight. No weekends, no evenings. You cant pick up the phone and work nights or weekends to try and boost your leads to catch up with me. If you want to prove a point, we can prove a point. If you have to put in 45 hours of calling time to meet that 56 leads, who is really the one with the crappy job?

Let me know Dean, as I will be happy to walk the walk. I have been with NHCD for 3 years, there isnt much I wont do, trust me. And as far as all the talk goes about me joining a lawsuit against the company, please stop wasting your time. As I said in my original post, I have no desire to waste more time and money on NHCD. And I have one paycheck still coming from NHCD, I am sure it will land in my mailbox Monday as scheduled. So I have no reason to join a class action suit. But thanks anyways. I dont want anything from the company, I just want them to pull their head out of their a** and see that their reputation went back down the toilet again. They need to get rid of all of their lead generators and recruiters and just do what they do best, sell a free program to the unknowing public. That way they would only be jerking people around in one department.

Hope to hear from you soon Dean. Look forward to taking your pay from you.

give me a break, Most companies offer some crappy wage to work part time. NHCD offers you a per lead pay.

AUTHOR: Dean - (U.S.A.)

I'm 36 years old and I've been independent contractor status since I was 18 years old. I refuse to work for somebodies crappy wage. A company by law has to offer the weakleans an hourly rate. You have to keep in mind though that nhcd depends on sales for most of their income. To pay a bumb to sit in front of the boobtube and eat (as somebody else stated) bon bons would be rediculas. I'm sure if not for the silly law suits they would hire 1099 only.

As far as closing down goes, I really hope not. I would hate to work for 7,8,9,10 an hour part time. This week I worked 3 days and will be drawing 200 and that's after returns, which aren't many. I put in 13 hours for this 200.

When I was recruiting I had a script that explained min wage or 4 per lead which ever is greater. I quit recruiting because the general public drives me crazy with foolishness. I like calling on businesses where the people have a head on their shoulders.

You can ask any manager and they will tell you, for the most part people that want to work from home are looking for something for a nothing paying job. The biggest % of new hires never pick up the phone.

If there is anybody thinking about working from home that's reading this, please believe me that there is money to be made at nhcd. I wish nhcd all the best and hope the actions of people who can't cut it in a sales position doesn't hurt the workers like myself. I live way out in bfe and this is the only "real" work from home that allows you to make a decent income.

Most companies offer some crappy wage to work part time. NHCD offers you a per lead pay, just get on the phone and find em....it's that easy.

Tell me ladies, how much do you get paid at your work from home job? How many hours do they let you work? I'll say it once again, I'll make you a wager at the limit of your choice, that I can make more than you in less time worked. Any takers? If NHCD is so bad then everybody should take me up on this bet! Come on?? Any takers?? Put your money where your mouth is or be quiet.

Here's the rules......I'll call or e-mail you when I'm ready to work and when my day is done and you do the same. For the week ending date that we're betting on I'll scan and email you my check stub. you do the same as I do. Since we really can't prove how much we average per hour we'll just make the bet for the check total.....please somebody take me up on this. I have to verify that the company from which you get your check is a work from home job and not a professional job from which you work from your home in a specific field....where as you may be making 30 per hour...lol....work from home Customer service or sales only please. Also, you have to give me notice that you want to make this wager, depending on what you do for a living I may opt to decline...........i'm being careful not to get scammed by freeloaders. God knows there's enough of them on here.

Bottom line is, this is a legit company and I'm willing to prove it! Prove me wrong or stop bashing.......I don't think you'll do either but it's worth a shot just to shut you up!! I'm kidding really, you're silly post makes me smile!

Want to know what goes on in leads?

AUTHOR: R - (U.S.A.)

First and foremost, thanks Leasa for the thumbs up! I am very happy in my new position, just as I am sure you are in your new job! ;-)

As far as it was just explained what goes on in recruiting with the employee vs independent contractor and the comment that they weren't sure how it was done in leads...well, I can answer that for you as a former leads manager.

When the new hires are assigned a leads manager, we are given their contact info and told to call them. When we call them, we welcome them to the company, try and calm their fears about NHCD and have them make a decision between an independent contractor and an employee.

Of course, just as mentioned above, they want you to be an IC so they do not have to pay you hourly and have to worry about paying unemployment or overtime or anything.

They way they "force" you into this decision is by holding you to quotas and limiting your hours. When I left, the quota was 1.5 leads for each hour worked on leads, or 3 leads for every 2 hours. They will give you the first 2 hours for free and not require any leads so you can get used to it. After those first two hours if you are not maintaining quota, you are put on 1st notice, 2nd notice and final notice and will then be terminated. You can only work 2 hours a day as well, and if you work more than that to make more money, you are told to just log it as two hours anyway.

Telemarketing can be rough, even for those of us who have already done it, so it may take you your whole first week to get comfortable on it, but by that time you are terminated.

If you are good and your leads pay for that day outweighs your hourly pay, then you will make whatever is greater. With that being said, the bottom line is that you will NEVER make the hourly pay UNLESS you are on notice and in the process of being terminated. So it's very misleading. Here's an example of that:

You work for 1 hour and get 1 lead

Hourly pay for that 1 hr is $5.15

Lead pay for that 1 hr is $4.00

(Your pay is $5.15 since it is greater, but if this is not part of your first 2 hours with the company then you will go on notice for getting the employee hourly pay)

Let's say you work for 1 hour and get 2 leads

Hourly pay for that 1 hr is $5.15

Leads pay for that 1 hr is $8.00

(You will be paid the $8 because it is greater than the hourly pay and will not be put on notice because you got what you needed to for that 1 hour.)

That's the example of the only way you will see that hourly pay. If you want the hourly pay and you get the hourly pay, the only downside is that you are on your way out the door from being put on so many notices.

They do it that way because they don't have an accurate way to keep track of people who are working. They don't have a database to log into for your time and to show your calls, like legit companies do. Why is that? Because they don't require high speed internet access for the position, because if they did, it would cut down on a huge percentage of naive people that would willingly pay them to be able to work, and they would run out of people to hire. How they haven't run out yet is beyond me.

It's like if you really want to make money with this company you have two options. 1) You have to go into management and be ready to lie to all your reps underneath you as you kill yourself working way too many hours and end up pushing your family away for a crappy paycheck. 2) Plan to be a leads rep for only 1 week (Mon-Sun)and turn in as many leads as possible because the returns will only start flowing in on the 2nd week of payroll. When the returns come back in that 2nd week, your 1st week of work's payroll has already been processed for all the leads you turned in. When they start subtracting returns in that 2nd week, they are subtracting it from leads generated in the 2nd week and if you haven't worked that means they will have nothing to subtract it from because you didn't generate leads that week, and NHCD is stuck holding the negative balance.

Please Find the report from Amber,Pinson,Tenn. because she has her contact number in there. I verbally spoke to her to receive money due us. Several people did receive paychecks for all our time. This company is a disgrace and as I read new reports I can't believe the money taken from people to be hired. Anyone knows if a company asks for money to work for them, it is not legitimate. I see so much has changed since I quit and it makes me even more angry that NHCD is getting away with it.

Good Luck Leasa, Even though we do not know each other!

I could write a book, but I will try to make this ripoff report as to the point as I can. When I was working as a recruiter of course a change occurred. If only one person gets to read this and saved them from working for NHCD, then my time was worth writing this.......

You now have a choice of a W-2 Employee or Independent Contractor.I chose W-2 employee. I was also told we are paid by the hour, minimum wage. Everyday I submitted my hours on the server and you even get a confirmation number. But, when I received my check the $7.00 per hire which was correct, but there was zero hours.I thought, O.K., there is probably a glitch in the system so I called my manager.

To my surprise, she said Oh No, we are not paid by the hour And per hire, we are only paid either or whichever is greater. What a snow job I got. They only let you enter 1 hire per hour or they will threaten to terminate you. And if you did enter some phone and server time with 0 hires, then they would terminate you also for not producing. It's a no win situation. That is not how I was hired.I was specifically told No Deposit, which is true, and we are paid by the hour. Never was told either or whichever is greater. It does not say it anywhere in the script when we hire. It specifically says hourly pay, overtime, etc.So every recruiter is lying if they know that, or wait until their first paycheck comes with 0 hours.

Now when a recruiter hires, another big change,(which is about 3 timer a day), a leads generater will be paid $4.00 per qualified lead (W-2 Employee) or $6.00 per qualified lead (Independent Contractor). Then it says a Manager will help you make the choice. Of, course, the choice they only want made is Independent Contractor. Why? Because NHCD does not want the responsibility of overtime, unemployment insurance, etc.

All the time, work and hours that go into this rediculous work at home job is useless. You spend hours on the phone.Lots of time on the server to keep it statused and even more time doing a 3-way with Qwest just so the new hire can have a supposedly "Business Long Distance Carrier". You can call Qwest yourself and get the same $20.00 Unlimited Plan without going through NHCD. It's just that NHCD has a partnerhip with Qwest to make more money as referrals.....What a joke?By the way, Qwest is a good Long Distance Carrier for a $20.00 LD Unlimited Plan, but you do not need NHCD to get this plan. Even my family members got the same plan. Just want to make it clear Qwest is a good long distance carrier, it's NHCD who is the joke...

I'm obviously out of all my hours entered into the server now that I know it's whichever is greater. With all the pending lawsuits going on with the company I don't know why the government, attorney general or IRS has not shut them down. I'm sure they have big legal counsel, but our government who is suppose to protect us from scams should overpower their own legal counsel. Hopefully, some day this will happen and save all the innocent moms, dads, college kids, seniors etc. from working with the company.Everyone needs a little extra income, but $20.00 to $40.00 a month. They want you to think you can make $100.00-$400.per week. But that is impossible. The only ones who maybe make that is the people on top of this pyramid, like Managers. I don't know how they can sleep at night or look at themselves in the mirror, but each and every Manager lies to all these innocent hires. I hope some of them will wise up and and pursue more lawsuits, like the 4 Managers that reported them to the I.R.S. Thumbs up to them.

I apologize to all my hires, but I only found out the scam this week for not being paid by our hours and hires. I don't know what goes on in the leads dept.,but I'm sure it's the same scam.

P.S. I guess this is almost like a book, but wanted so save some people from working for this slavery of a company. My husband said "He thought it was too good of a job to be true". He was proven right. In a summary, a person is not paid hourly, plus..It's just a come on to hire anyone to work for the company so a recruiter can be paid their Big $7.00 per hire!!!!!

Amber,

Hope you read this also. I am backing you up all the way for a class action lawsuit. NHCD needs to be shut down for good. They have lots of lawsuits, but we need to overpower the company once and for all to save everyone else from this Scam. NHCD thinks by not providing a deposit is not a scam, but we all know by the time we receive our paychecks we realize it is a Mother of all Scams as you put it. This company is actually a pyramid if you think about it without a "Deposit".
