National Health Net NHS Acai Berry Pure Acai Berry Pure/Advanced Cleanse fraud Miami Beach, Florida

My wife ordered Acai Berry Pure and Advanced Cleanse on January 28th. I called to cancel the account on February 11th, 14 days later. Accodring to the copmpany's terms and conditions, "If you contact customer service to terminate your enrollment within fourteen (14) days of the date that you enroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything else." However, the company will not honor its end of the contract and continues to say that January 28th counts as the first day.

Do not get dooped by this scam. I have already filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and the Carribbean (www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org) as well as the Florida Attorney General (myfloridalegal.com). I will be contacting my bank on Monday as well to dispute the charges as fraudulent based on the company's failure to uphold their end of the terms and conditions.

If you are a victim please take the time to add your complaint to this post and file formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Florida Attorney General. You should also dispute the charges with your bank since they're more likely to work for you, their customer, than lose your account to another bank.
