I tried calling tonight becaue of issues with my stove to find out that the 800 service number has been disconnected with no forwarding number. The contract states claims department is available to take your calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week toll free at 1-800-608-6045. That's a joke, but I guess the joke's on me, but I am not laughing.
They have taken my money and I got absolutely nothing in return. Also, when I got the policy, I was told that I would be receiving a Home Depot $50 gift card, well, it has been almost 12 months and I have still not received the gift card.
This company has been a BIg ripoff!!
