National Home Protection They never gave me the $150 rebate the promissed! New York New York

Stupid me I signed up for three year with them because of all the discounts the agent offered me. One was $50 gift card from homedepot per year so I was supposed to receive $150 gift card from them. My coverage started on Sep 07. I called them in November asking the status of my rebate and they told me you did not send in the rebate forms. I told them I never received any documents from them and she said she will send it to me. Waited couple of weeks and still didn't receive anything. I called again and finally got the rebate forms in December. I filled it up and sent it in immediately. I called again late January to check the status and they asked me to send an email to the rebate department. I have sent them 9 emails almost every month (Have the copies) and also called once in a while but never got a response except the automated email responses and that we will get back to you. This last couple of weeks I started calling them everyday to get an answer as I've had it with them.

Finally today they tell me that you were suppose to send your rebate forms before 60 days on when your coverage starts and your rebate was denied. Meaning it was my fault that I didn't receive the forms until 3 months after my coverage started. The girl I spoke to today was extremely rude. Her name was Julia and called herself the assistant manager. I even asked them to cancel my policy and she said it's not possible. I asked to speak to a manager and she said it's not possible. After 14 months of constant follow up this is where it ends! Please tell who ever you know to stay away from this company.
