National IT Services is a client of Onforce.com. How it works is you call in a problem or are stuck with them as a warranty company through Staples (like me), they give you a month of runaround that the problem is "your drivers" when the fuser in the printer is falling apart , when the problem is so obvious they can't put you off any longer (I had to go to Staples and shou them and have them call National IT Services to finally prove I wasn't an @#$@#$ as Joe from NIT called me) they then put your work order out on Onforce.com and the technician that accepts it for the least amount of money gets your call.
Well to make a long story short NIT sends used parts, ground, and basically lies about ETA, they say next day but parts arrive 3-5 days shipped DHL ground and you can never get an airbill to track or ETA... call them and in a sec Joe tells you "It'll be there tomorrow" and hangs up, they are way to busy for you little problems.
Just my luck 3 fusers broke in shipping, what are the odds of that,
3 used parts broke in shipping ??? Well I'll never know cuz after the third when I called Joe he yelled and swore so loud at me he showed me who was boss, yelled loud enough to convince me to go to Staples, demand a replacement printer because the warranty service they sold me was with a wacko, and they replaced the printer.
So point is if National IT Services gives you the runaround don't listen to the "talk", if your item isn't fixed in 1 week go back to the big box and demand it is, companies like National IT Services prey on people by delaying service and using used parts, do not take it, demand service within the period you paid and new parts (shipping or "broken" parts are not your problem, that is an NIT and others delaying tactic, a part from HP never arrives broken, they pack correctly, NIT parts are shipped with newspaper padding in a box without 10 previous airbills attached.
Well the post is just to let you konw to avoid National IT Services, they are a rip-off.

Old Joe runs a tight ship with no pillow talk.

I use to work for Mr. Brickler for sometime and he was hard to work for only if you were a screw up. I never had an unjust verbal altercations with him even when a warranty company would send the wrong or defective parts usually from texas warehouse. That would trigger a call from the client with inferior service complaints.
Mr. Brickler would bend over backwards to keep the clients happy as well as the employees. He had alot of brass when running his business, but that is what kept the end product majority of the time, (happy customers, happy techs)
I have nothing to gain from this individual, but I give credit where credit is do. Mr. Brickler (Joe) would not tolerate a relation ship with a warranty company who refused to communicate with and service their clients diligently. These type of companies would be the type that would be more profitt based than client based. Similar to my homeowners insurance. If he could take control of the situation and make the warranty company let us service the customer properly as they are suppose to then he would accomplish just that, If not then he would advise the client to take their product back to the big box company and demand a refund and or replacement and bye bye warranty company
These type of warranty companies usually send different service companies one after another starting from square one with each time fueling the fire for the customers.
When I left his business he had a lot of repeat customers. This means they were satisfied. The customers were of high caliber as well, and would not be someone to screw up with if you wanted to continue the high turn over he does.
In regards to cussing on the phone, then you would have to engage him for a duration of time cussing at him first, but usually he saved that for the companies that had a bad product to offer their clients. If you want pillow talk you have the wrong guy. Pillow talk conversations doesn't get the freakin job done.
In regards to calling Joe Brickler an old man. There are two kinds of techs, book smart certified and experinced and certified. He's got experience plus.
Small minds tickle me, like my four year old who calls ME "old man".
Joe runs a very tight ship. Nothing to complain about.

As far as accepting a job "for the least amount of money" is totally false. It is obvious that you don't know how a company like OnForce works, in fact it seems that you don't even know how the parent company you are doing business with works. I think you are running out of fingers to point with, maybe you should save the last one for yourself.

JOE BRICKLER'S RESPONSE IS ALL A LIE

His wife works with him although they fight like crazy...and she runs out of the building crying she quit...but she is jsut as nuts as he is.
He has one person answering the phones up front. Before Joe used OnForce he used contractors like my company. Joe now owes us thousands of dollars without payment. We sent him to collections...he denied he ever done business with us...so we faxed hundreds of documents to the collection agency...which faxed them to him...he cussed out the collection agency. Long story short we were never paid.
I know of allot of other companies and techs stiffed by Joe. Stay away from NIT, National IT Services, JB Office Automation.
Google national It services. Then call Joe's 800 number and tell him what you think of him.
JOE BRICKLER YOU EVER TALK TO MY WIFE LIKE THAT I'LL BURN YOUR POOR EXCUSE FOR A BUILDING DOWN AND YOUR HOUSE AND YOUR GAME ROOM!!! YEAH YOU LITTLE MAGOT YOU KNOW WHO THIS IS... think back to Ohio...Akron Ohio. Thanks for the $100.00 check when you owe me thousands...you worthless piece fo trash!
If you can avoid having this company service any of your tech problems, please do so. No one actually listens to your tech problem, all they do is send out fake technicians (probably new companies that have no idea what they are doing and are brand new, or hire people not qualified to do the job.
These new companies are probably in desperate need for business and are willing to work with fake companies like national it) Hopefully all the other warranty companies become aware of this and avoid contacting fake companies like national it as a vender.
I'm shock at the arrogance and rude service? This fake entity provides and you don't simply have to take my word for it, just look at old crazy Joe's own reply. I have a large following who does this crazy old man think he is, some rock star? I didn't realize crazy old men who claim to be technicians have a following. Do not tolerate this company's crap service contact your warranty companies and tell them not to deal with this vender anymore. I hope no one else has the displeasure of having to deal with national it

I have been a technican for 25 years and have a large following. with a payroll that cost 25,000 per month. Hum, that does not sound like a two man operation. I'm rarely on the phones anymore Since 05.01.06 because of having to work on the purchase of a bigger building. Hum Two man !!
If they are located in Cincinnati like they stated on the bottom of the post then I or one of the other techs would have drove it out there and repaired it. We never say next day on the parts because the warranty contract does not require it. Paying $99.00 for a three year warranty is a electronic repair warranty, Note the submitter states it is a fuser, Which is consumable. In otherwords the end user can install it on there own really easy and consumable just like a toner cart in their printer.
All national corporations use subcontractors. This is a fact of life.
