Before this posting/report, she made a complaint to California Consumer Affairs with same allegations. There was a investigation conducted by a CCA Regional Rep. in which concluded that our company did what was necessary to satisfy the client. We proved that services paid for were attempted and we exceeded hours as well in attempt to complete service.
