If you ever get locked out of your home / car, dont call 411. If you do you the first three numbers they give you belong to lock smith services a.k.a national lock smith a.k.a good lock locksmith, no matter the name they give you @ the time the company and service will remain the same (horrible).
When you call 877-908-0888, 877-750-8080-or 877-780-4040 you will get the worst locksmith you can ever encounter (if you are lucky enough to even have someone show up). When you first place your order for service you will be informed that you are required to pay a $35 or $45 deposit / ser fee with your credit card in order to get a technician, your entire c.c. # is then written down on carbon paper along with your name address, phone # and billing info. This information is also written on the back of the receipt of your initial $45 charge (just in case they lose it), your credit cad info is now left on a carbon copy message book for any one in the office to see. About 85% of the people that call for service are not in a area where service is availabe so they are given a run around for as long as it takes for them to get fed up and call another company, at that point your deposit is now a cancellation fee. If you are lucky enough to get in on your own you have now been charged $45 to do the job yourself because that is also considered a cancellation fee. If you realize what has happened to you and call to get a refund because you feel you have been wrongly charged one of two things will happen; 1 you will be told to call back and ask for Sam (the fake name used by the mgr. to identify complaint callers) and Sam might never be available or 2 Sam will take your call tell you what a liar you are curse you out and hang up. You will never get a refund unless you contest the charge with your credit card company. For all those people who have been ripped off by Locks smith service if you really want to get in contact with the mgr his name is Asaf. The owners names are: Itzik Revivo and Shachar Revivo a.k.a. Danny the contact #s are 347-462-2237 / 917-528-7976(danny/shachar) and 718-282-1126 (itzik). If you really want a refund those are the #s you would have to call. Fyi the reason I know all this stuff is I was a witness to it. Good luck and try not to get locked out and remember if you do, dont call 411!
