National Lottery Corporation Andrew Goldberg, President & Mathias Smith Promised Lottery winnings , sent processing fees, &border fees, then never heard from again so out about $ 4000.00 Vancouver, B C. , British Columbia

 Received letter in mail that I won A winter Promotion thru Walmart the Lottery on June 30 2012 and with the letter I received A small Check of 2550.00 but in return had to use some of it for border fees from Canada and insure the money . Then found out 5 days later the check was fiticous so i had to lose the money that I already sent in and could not get back . Then they sent me the big check but could not cash for A couple days , then they said it was the wrong amount so they were going to wire me the money , 4 days ago  and now won;t let me know anything or answer there phones so now I am a victum  of the Lottery scams
