SEO Reputation Management at its best!

National Magazine Exchange, NME is high pressure magazine sales. They also try to sell you a travel club membership. They get you to call them by sending you a mailer marked "urgent" with infomation about your "sweepstakes ID number".

They talk very very fast and the magazines will end up costing you hundreds if you buy them. They make it sound like a good deal but do you really need HUNDREDS of dollars in magazines? If I make a list of things I could spend a few hundred dollars on magazines isn't on my list.

Be prepared to firmly say no if you call the number to enter the sweepstakes. And you don't have to buy the magazines to enter the sweepstakes.

JUST HANG UP!!!

AUTHOR: George J - (U.S.A.)

They send you a mailing that says they have been trying to reach you BALONEY!

The mailer says URGENT BALONEY!

They whine about what a good deal the magazines are BALONEY!

They whine about what a good deal the upsell travel clubs are BALONEY!

Don't call and if you must call to enter do so and then HANG UP!

I worked there and it was awful.
Run Run Run for the door.
They train sales people to push and push and push until they get the sale or until the caller hangs up so just hang up and save yourselves a lot of heartache.

Buyers beware if you think of purchasing from these people.

AUTHOR: Thomas - (U.S.A.)

Sweepstakes? If you read the postings it appears the sweepstakes was only given away 3 times in the first 21 years or an average of once every 7 years. They gave away another million recently but is that because they wanted to switch to a $2 million sweepstakes?

There are numerous postings about a FTC fine of over $500,000 and they are banned in Oregon and numerous organizations such as AARP have issues with the way they do business.

There seems to be a lot (thousands) of unhappy ex employees.

Buyers beware if you are thinking of purchasing from these people. Just read the postings on the site.
