I ordered 10 magazines from the National Magazine Exchange for an inmate at the Kentucky State Reformatory. The account is paid in full. The inmate received the ten magazines for one month and one month only. I made my 9th phone call this morning to the Company's customer service and was promised he would start receiving magazines. I start telephoning customer service in December, 2011, I believe but it may have been a month earlier. They deep telling me they put a "trace" on the magazines with the publishers but I never hear anything back. This morning, I was told once again that it would be 4 to 6 weeks before he would receive the magazines and two magazine subscriptions run out in two months. It is too late now to put the order in dispute. Over one hundred dollars was paid to them. The magazines I ordered for him are as follows: Motor Trend, Hot Rod, Chevy High Performance, Four Wheel & Off Road, Muscle & Fitness, Outdoor Life, ESPN, Four Wheeler, Motorcyclist and US Weekly. NO magazines have been sent since October, 2011. Upon checking with the BBB in Clearwater, Floriday, I learned E.M.E. has a D+ rating ... go figure! Upon further research, this company has had many complaints.
