DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!   i SPENT OVER 200 DOLLARS WITH THEM AND THEY WOULD NOT RETURN MY MONEY!  tHIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!  DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM.  THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, GIVE YOU NOTHING!!! 

We understand that not everyone will succeed as a Signing Agent. We do our best to ensure compliance and that every NSA reseives equal time, especially members who participate in our mentoring program. We admit that we have experienced some growing pains, and for the most part our members are understanding, but there are always the few, in every entrepreneurial venture, that are not willing to go to the lengths that are necessary to be successful. We are extremely disappointed that someone would be so disappointed that they feel the need to slander our company name. Personally, I get my spouses approval before I spend any amount of money on anything that may be questionable relating to my experience. We always question our callers as to the level of experience they might have, and the lengths they are willing to go to in order to make it as a successful NSA, but as with all ventures that require an initial investment, when the results do not meet the expectations of the individual the first person they blame is the one who accepted their money, irregardless of the effort that was made to ensure their success. You can Google, search ripoffreport.com, and you will find disatisfied customers, employees, clients, etc. related to some of the most reputabe companies out there. Does that mean that every report you read is true? If it was, wouldn't the internet, and sites such as this, be overwhelmed by complaints? I go with the results and not the idle complaints of the few who are not interested in moving further but rather cry to the public over their pre-conceived injustice.  We provide the tools, the companies, and the support, and every individual registered user has the exact same access to our team. Why one utilizes our services and the others do not is not my concern. My only concern is to help those that are willing to suceed do so. 123notaryplus.com, and the fee schedule posted their are referencing the stae of Florida, and the mandatory fee schedule a notary may charge for services. This has absolutely nothing to do with a Signing Agent. If you knew this perhaps you would be closing loans today, like so many of our registered users are today. The market is what you make it. It is a re-fi and reverse market, and with the proper training and/or experience you should have no problem closing loans full time, with a little due diligence on your part.
