National Prize Reporting Agency ripoff Las Veges Nevada

Constantly receiving letters asking for money (39.95) as a processing fee for the winnings they claim I am Guaranteed to receive. My question is why? I never signed up for this sweepstakes or whatever it is. I have sent money to them before, and never heard anything from them again.

They have my name mentioned 6 times as winning $1,000,000.00, more cash, a vacation, and even a new 2007 Pontiac Vehicle. Guaranteed to win it says at the bottom. How can they get away with this?

They even say *CONFIRMED* in upper case letters next to all the prizes listed. They ask for a check for $39.95 made out to N.P.R.A.

My question here is, can any action be taken against these people in order to force them to comply to these letters and claims, or stop them and fine them from doing this ever again.

If they are making these claims and sending these letters out to people, they should be forced to be accountable or be jailed!

If they collect this fee of $39.95 from 500 people they have a substantial amount of money (almost $20,000.00). That's wrong, and they need to be investigated and all that money they collect should be taken and given back to all those people.
