I find them to be ruthless liars and as intentionally deceptive as they can possibly be.
I am not an attorney but I can not believe their alleged "contract" could hold up in court as having met the standard of having "a meeting of the minds" as their is no place on the Merchant Processing Agreement for the merchants to initial the individual sections or sign their name at the end.
