Purchased the Tax Lien Program for 3k. Have been unable to utilize or understand the program. We have exceeded the 3 day return window and is now being denied a refund. The program requires more time than lead on. We have 4 children and we each have fulltime jobs which does not allow extra time.

We are in desperate need of the funds just for living expenses.
