Around the middle of September 2007, we recieved a phone call from the NSBA wanting us to join. Since we had only been in business for about 2 months we said okay go ahead because 1. they only needed $1.00 to sign us up and 2. we could cancel in 30 days if it wasnt for us. The National Small Business Alliance took unauthorized money out of our bank account!! On 9/21/2007 they took out their $1.00 which was fine. What wasn't fine and what is NOT okay.. on 10/01/2007 they took out $149.95 -- on 10/15/2007 they took out $359.40 Totaling the amount of $510.35 which is BS! We repeatedly called and called and we finally got ahold of someone and they said they would refund us the full amount as long as we sent them their package back. On 1/08/2008 we sent our package back certified mail and a P. Allen signed for it, we then called to make sure they had recieved our package and to make sure we would be getting our refund. They told us it would take a couple of weeks and we would recieve a check in the mail and we have still recieved nothing. I have been calling daily and no one will answer the phone or call me back, I get transfered by an "automated system" and I end up getting hung up on. Someone needs to put a stop to these people....
