I told him that I do not want a package and that I want to cancel. I then asked to speak to his supervisor and he said I couldn't that he would have to email his supervisor and get back with me at a later date.
I told him I did not want to be a member and that I wanted my refund and he hung up on me.
His name was Louis (no last name given).
I went straight to my bank and canceled the transaction and closed out my checking account and canceled my debit card.
