This company came to the Sam's Wholesale Club in Lantana, Florida to do famiy photographs. Their salesman mislead and took advantage of the customers. If you let them know you are dissatisfied they are rude. The salesman told us (and four other families, we know of) that the sitting fee would be waived and crossed through it on the paperwork. I would assume they are doing this other people. When we arrived for our sitting, we were told we had to pay the fee if we wanted our pictures taken, or lose our deposit.

I asked for the vintage/sepia style developing, checked it on my paperwork, but received the color version. The "special" 10 x 13 and wallet photos I was to receive were cropped too much and missing part of our faces. The sales lady was angry when I complained and continued trying to sell me the other picture packages at $99-$300+. When I asked that she send the ones I paid for, back to be redone, she was very mad and was snatching the photos up and would barely speak to me. She said she would send the wallet photos back, but apparently would not send the 10 x 13 back; she put it in a bag and gave it to me. When placed in a frame, you cannot see all of our faces. I certainly would not give them more money, whether they intended to make the "special" undesireable or not; they should have been willing to make their product right.

The photographer told us we could not have the vintage developing if we would not wear the clothes they provided. Their clothes had been worn by many people, we did not know when they had been washed and they were not appealing. We were not told we had to wear their clothes, when our deposit was taken.

We were also told someone would call us for an appointment, no one ever called. I had to call the store several times to get someone to make an appointment and had to take what was left.

I have written this company and Sam's Club regarding the treatment I received, our wallet photos being sent back and about the sitting fee being charged after we were told the fee was waived.
