The mortgage company could not take it off without NUFI sending paperwork and now on month three we still have to pay it because they have not processed our cancellation paperwork. Also, the mortgage company said we would be short on our payment if we did not pay the total amount shown which includes the premium. They got us (NUFI)!.
However, the mortgage company has an opt out number for emails and companies that they do business with.
Are we suppose to go through all of our JUNK mail and is this legit?
