Was doing electrical work onboard a navy ship, , a welder crashed his scizzor lift cart to the ladder i was standing on.I made a claim to NUF, didnt accept it.Now im told that i had to get killed or loose an arm,leg,etc to get the coverage. Im still making payments . The contract is for accidents not death,now they are changing the rules to avoid paying me.
I callede them several times and get same answer,sorry. I lost my job and waiting for permanent dissability,.STILL REFUSE TO COVER MY CLAIM
